Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Chubbuck

I can't believe what I just witnessed at this location. Full on yelling in front of customers from a short short girl I believe her name was rin something to the other employees. Shouldn't that be something done in private and not acting like that in front of customers. It's very unprofessional and makes me not want to eat here again Incase verbal assaults are happing again. Hope something changes because what just happened was not okay in any way shape or form. I'm assuming that the short girl is a type of manager and If I were employed there I would of walked out due to the horrific treatment. If you looking for a job don't apply here unless you want to get verbally assaulted in front of customers and your fellow co-workers. She should definitely start some mandatory anger management classes if she going to stay in a management position. I won't be returning anytime soon and I'll telling everyone I know not to come here because of her unprofessional and unhinged personality. Do better noodles you won't keep...

Wow , that was surely some $40 wasted , decided to try this new place with my family few days ago . I would normally prefer to stick to brands and places I know, but thought how could anyone spoil noodles ? And yet they managed it somehow..... Ordered online, kids meal did not have orange juice we ordered(and it appears they do not carry it , despite what is written on their website) , on a receipt Milk was showing and yet it was not in a bag.Facility looked really nice and clean and people were polite it looks like they serve beer and wine here too, but....I am not sure what quantity of hard liquor one might require to ingest in order to numb taste budds sufficiently, so that they'll tolerate what is being sold as food at this location. FOOD WAS DISGUSTING , Stroganoff not creamy enough , beef too spicy only was able eat few pieces of beef and shrimp before sending the rest to the garbage. Should have went to Mandarine house or Panda Express or China city and have better noodles and tolerable dining experience...

My wife and I were just about to order but the casheer came out from behind the counter and started reading the menu to me, as though she thought we were mentally disabled, which really bothered me because I wasn't even trying to read the part she was reading to me (she wanted to read me the prices, I was trying to find out if anything on the menu actually looked interesting to me). Her behavior was very insulting and irritating. My wife and I do not use obvious medical equipment to imply we were disabled, nor did we ask to have the menu read to us. In fact, we quite prefer to be left the hell alone.
