What truly sets this store apart is the phenomenal staff who have been there since the very beginning. The two incredible ladies and the gentleman, KEV, are always such a joy to interact with. They are friendly, professional and genuinely make the shopping experience delightful.

Even with New Jersey’s new bag policy, pOpshelf goes above and beyond by providing paper bags at checkout—a thoughtful touch that reflects their customer-first attitude.

Headphones are such a rip off here. Already worn out on the one side with minutes.

But it's 2-stars bc I feel they should hire more people for register. Not everyone does self-check out or should I say some people are photo-sensitive towards them. Its Eplipesy Awareness Month which means I'm wearing my shirt and extra purple; I even mention my sensitivity towards self-check outs to workers when neccessary but today the employee was just rude.

That's just how reckless and unconcerned for others this generation has become.

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. At checkout, I asked the male employee with brown hair to cancel my transaction because I decided to continue shopping. Instead of handling it professionally, he got visibly frustrated and misunderstood what I was asking. When I tried to clarify, he dismissively said, ‘Yeah, whatever, you can go now.’ His attitude was completely unprofessional and rude. I ended up leaving my cart and walking out.
