Horrible customer service and very unethical business. The weather became colder while out so I needed a quick hoodie to stay warm. The prices were quite high compared to other retailers however I wanted something that didn't have New Jersey printed all over it. I purchased the hoodie without trying it on (totally my fault) and before leaving the store decided to throw it on. Unfortunately it did not fit. I walked back up to the woman who had literally rang me up a mere ten seconds prior and she pointed to a sign and said no refunds. I had mentioned how I haven't even left the store yet and she refused. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and she said they weren't there. I then asked who I could contact to speak to someone and she refused to give me a name or number on who was in charge. I asked for a business card and she wouldn't give me one of those either. After telling her how unethical and wrong this was she finally broke down and said she would return my money but claimed she would be forced to take the money out of her own pocket.

Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Before posting this, I read through other reviews to see if perhaps I had just visited on an off day — unfortunately, it seems like poor service is a consistent issue at this store.
I stopped in to buy a simple pair of sandals while on vacation, having forgotten to pack mine. What should’ve been a quick and easy purchase turned into one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve had.
First, the store does not use standard sizing, which made it difficult to find the right fit. To make matters worse, they don’t allow exchanges, adding unnecessary stress to the process.
More concerning, however, was the treatment of employees. I witnessed an older woman — possibly the owner or manager — speaking harshly to a younger staff member, reprimanding her in front of customers for something that didn’t seem to be her fault. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and certainly not the kind of environment I would want my own children to work in.

I was right outside the store and brought it back unused in less than 5 minutes. The store manager would not refund me. I am a local pregnant woman, who is always on the boardwalk. It's still April. She couldn't refund me??? Give me a break. I ended up just leaving the sweatshirt there and walking out. I posted my problem on their fb, and the admin deleted it. I complained about that, still no refund offer. they are basically thieves. Please don't shop there, but if you do for some reason, make sure you use a credit card so you can at least dispute the charges since you can forget any sort of customer service, since a local pregnant woman can't even get any off season at this place. After all this, you'd think they would do the right thing and offer me a refund. Goes to show how WRONG...
