I recently purchased all the necessary hardware for a complete PC gaming build from MicroCenter and took it straight to Gigabits | Computer Repair & IT.

I had the pleasure of working with the store manager, Taylor, and technician, Matt. I can't express how impressed I am with their outstanding service and expertise.

From the moment I walked into the store, Taylor and Matt went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure I had a clear understanding of the process.

I absolutely 💯 love Gigabits!!! I am a U.S. Army Retired Veteran. Prior to retirement I worked 8 month internship at General Dynamic, Information technology Department on Ft Gordon. Talking with Joshou and the Owner made me feel like I was back at IT Department working on computer systems, work stations and pulling computer cables through walls and ceilings. Joshua was very professional, knowledgeable, humble and understanding of the Customers computer needs. In today's world if your connected to the internet whether it's a local business or a households computer I highly suggest you talk to Joshua and Gigabits to make sure your up to date on all your cybersecurity so you are not being hacked. If your not up to date hackers could drain your bank account and gain access to all of your very important information. I think the max is a 5 star rating? I would definitely give a 10 star...

These guys are amazing! I am new to the area and was having issues with my MacBook. I picked this place because they're the only ones with all 5 star reviews, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The best part is, they don't treat you like you're an idiot. Sometimes, really brilliant IT people don't necessarily have the best customer service skills, and I get it - us technologically-challenged folks can be frustrating. I get it. But these guys aren't condescending and don't talk down to you, but they also don't use a lot of technical jargon to talk over your head. Excellent, fast service, and they also didn't charge me when I had to go back in for additional help after they fixed my computer. The prices are also very reasonable. If you're having any issues at all, these are the folks to see. I will absolutely be back if/when I have problems...
