We arrived at opening time as usual, so there would be minimal waiting time to be seated. There’s plenty of parking with multiple handicap spaces. There is a handicap entrance for those who need one. The entranceway can get crowded quickly. They do have limited seating while you wait next to the entrance. The restaurant has a Western theme with country music playing. The music is loud enough to hear but not enough to be annoying when talking. There are multiple TVs on the walls. The theme reminds me of a cowboy dining hall. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. It has a family-friendly atmosphere. We didn't have to wait to enter and be seated. They opened right on time. We were greeted with a welcoming smile and a hardy hello. Sofia, our server, arrived quickly at our table and took our drink orders. Sophia was accurate with our order and consistently checked to ensure we were satisfied with the food and service. She made us feel like we were important. I ordered the 12oz parmesan-crusted chicken. It was flavorful, juicy, and very tender. The melted parmesan cheese on top was soft and creamy, with a hint of crusting from the heat. The two chicken breasts were sufficient in size to make two meals. The street corn is wonderful. It’s juicy with plump kernels. Between the butter and the seasoning, it’s an explosion of flavor every time a kernel pops. The broccoli was a little soft but not mushy. The peach tea had a great peach flavor but was high in calories. I can't wait to return to eat again and see Sofia. She makes every visit fun...

UPDATED REVIEW**

Went here again on a Saturday. Must have been a bad decision… when we walked in to potentially get a table, or see how long the wait was, the hostess was no where to be found. After about 5 more minutes, one of the workers had to pull an employee off their break to finally help the people waiting up front to tell them its a 45 min wait or longer. We decide to wait, time went by quickly, next thing we were seated and when the food finally came out, the macaroni was burnt on top. My rice and chicken Parmesan was beyond SALTY. The Flo’s Filet was supposed to be medium rare but came out beyond bloody and uncooked. Listen, I don't know if they have a new cook back there or one who doesnt care.. but that was just totally unacceptable. After the waitress came by to check and see if everything was alright i told her no. I told her I cant lie to her and say yes, so she sent the manager.. and he came to the table and immediately noticed the steak was a absolute No. he asked if we wanted to get it re cooked or a new one, of course we wanted a new one. Only to get it , trust that it was made right, get togo boxes and leave, only to get home a notice it was still incorrect. I would never return, and I ask that new comers don’t even waste their money or time. —-updated review on 9/14/24.

I enjoyed the food and service. The macaroni was the best, also the raspberry lemonade. I...

Place an online order. Said ready at 7:45. we arrived at 7:30. Spoke to Reese and he said they were running behind. I advised that we only ordered two baked potato’s, mashed potato’s, broccoli and wild west shrimp. I explained we had to pickup our daughter from church by 8:00 to 8:10. He said the “manager” had just turned the time “up” to show alot longer time. That was after we placed our order. I said we only have sides and an appetizer can we get our Oder by 8. He said no. I asked to speak to the manager. We were put on hold for 25 minutes. When Reese pickup again he asked what do we need. I said we are still waiting for a manager. He said the manager had been on a call and could not talk to us. Then said what do you need. I said we need our order. He advised it won’t be coming until 8:30 or later. I told him to refund our order as we had to leave. I asked for the managers name and Reese said which manager. We have a lot of managers. At 8;40 we were called by longhorn to see where we were and longhorn charged us for the take out I had cancelled with reese at 8:00. Reese was very snooty with us and I am sure that’s because he has no help and the mananger refused to take our call or come to our car. We have spent alot of Money with longhorn over the years but we may need to re-evaluate this in the future. After picking our daughter up late, we got chic...

Went here for dinner had the big 22 oz along with a few other items I was sitting with three other people. The waitress was an older lady I know she had to work for a living or she would not have been there. I could tell she was not happy being there. I also get that people do have problems sometimes and sometimes they have to bring them to work with him You never know what other people have in their lives I hate hitting anybody hard so I will not give a name. But when she was asked for to bring an extra thing of bread to the table and some extra Caesar dressing and some stuff like that just minor things like A1 that was not on the table before she turned she was already rolling her eyes and you could tell she was not happy when she said h u h and turn away and walk to get the items still gave her a tip because I know she was working because she needed food for children herself money whatever I don't know. I am not a disgruntled customer I respect longhorn for their longevity and good food. Now that I write this I think I'm going to go back and give them a one star rating so I will get somebody to come back at me and allow me to suggest some things to them.

I went here with Mom and Aunt over Labor Day weekend around 5pm and loved it. There was a short wait but wasn’t bad at all. Nia was our server and she absolutely rocked, and unlike many other places I’ve dined, she actually acted happy we were there and appreciated our patronage. She was sweet and fast and perfect. The food was so good, we all loved our meals. And afterward I needed a roll of quarters for my hotel laundry, and although she was busy and could’ve just blown me off with a “no”, the bartender there left her station and quickly retrieved the manager for me from back office. Please know Miss, if you see this, I really appreciated that. And then the manager himself came out, smiling and joking, and handed me the quarters with a big dose of personality. Please know Sir, I thought you were great too. I’ve almost quit going out because I’m so sick of being treated like a douche or a criminal, and this Long Horn and its staff were such a breath of fresh air, especially having my elderly family there too. I give them 5 stars cause I can’t do 6 and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and thank you Long Horn Pooler Outlet!! :)
