I’m so very disappointed in this outlet store. I have shopped there for years and have spent thousands of dollars in the store. However, My most recent visit was met with great disappointment.
I went in to get my Michael Kors watch sized (some links taken out). Only to receive a watch I do not believe was the one I gave the young lady (look-alike watch) returned to me with more than 12 crystals missing. I informed the young lady just prior to me leaving (when I actually looked at my watch after she returned it) while I was still in the store )mind you getting ready to purchase my husband a man’s watch) that my watch was missing a number of the crystals, her response was you can send it in to be replaced. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the back scratched up and the inner links were dirty. This was only the second time wearing the watch. First time for a special event (2hours) & secondly, to the store to get it sized. All of my watches are kept in a secure locked watch box with the watch cushions to protect them.

Read moreLet me tell you all, at this store in Tanger outlet in Savannah I had one of most iconic experiences with ladies who honestly yearn to assist customers all the way to the end. Allison called a gazillion stores eagerly trying to find my size( and she did and it’s on its way!!), she was so pleasant. Jasmine was classy and helpful in making tailored recommendations and a true leader. Ms Neita was friendly, very kind in assisting me and also a great fashionista and also made great recommendations. Yes I interacted with all 3 because Allison was working real hard to make those calls even when no one picked up and at no point in time did I feel the wait. No regrets in my purchases, with that service it’s priceless. Thank u ladies!! Keep representing, all stores need this...

I still gave them a second chance...I walked out the door and walked back in and still nothing. The woman standing by the door acknowledged the man who came behind me though. Smh! I finally got a lady to help me but by then I decided it was not worth buying anything...
