Nike Factory Store - Savannah — Local services in Pooler

We visited the Nike outlet in Savannah, Georgia on July 6th, 2022. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted/acknowledged by the employees though we store had a nice crowd which was cool. We were then approached by a very nice young gentleman by the name of Caleb who was very helpful, he offered his assistance without as asking, went above and beyond to find me the sizes I was looking for and even looked on the website for us. He also assisted me with signing up for the Nike account to receive an extra 15% savings. The lady who rung us up was really nice too. There was a mistake in one of the sale tags and the manager was called to fix, he didn’t give us any issues at all and upon existing a nice gentleman at the door by the registered asked us how much we saved and told us we did pretty well. It was just a nice experience to feel welcomed and employees actually are happy to work without feeling like you are asking for too much. I definitely would recommend this location but Caleb is the real MVP. And no I was not asked to give a review, a lot of people only give review when they have a bad experience but never give a review when all goes well....

I went here on May 14 2019 with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Personally I wasn't really looking for a pair of shoes but one particular pair of gray shoes caught my eye. I asked one of the sales associates Trey if they had it in 12 because I didnt see any in that size. He checked the inventory and it said they had 1 pair in 12 still left in the store, so he helped me look for it and even checked the mannequin that was wearing the shoe no luck so we was about to leave and I thanked him for his help and said he would check in the back and I told him not to worry about it and then my daughter ran to the back of the store so I asked if he would seeing how we were there any ways, and he said he would. It was really busy today so thats good for the store. This is the first time since the start of school in 2018 we had been in the store. We were looking for a black sweatshirt with some sort of Nike logo. We couldn't find any hoodies or pull-overs with that simple style. I asked one young man for assistance and before I could get the question out he said he didn't know, he was just folding clothes. The other associates we asked said they were building displays and had no idea where we could look. Sadly, we left without a purchase.
