Beyond worst customer service ever. Actually thatâs an understatement because I didnât receive any customer service. Since I had my daughter, my husband and daughter buy me a Pandora charm, sheâs now 11. They are always Motherâs Day ones, so I wanted to get something different. My husband is active duty military and we are stationed apart because we have a home established and our daughters special needs team is already established where we live. So we only get to see each other once a month. My daughter and I are visiting my husband for the weekend. We decided to drive 45 minutes to the outlet mall. I saw the Pandora jeweler and decided to see what they have and maybe treat myself to a new charm. I wasnât greeted upon entering. There were five women working behind the counters, three were with customers. I browsed around waiting on someone to assist or at least ask. When I was acknowledged by one of the ladies she just said hello. A couple walked in and the woman raced to the center counter, greeted them and asked if the needed help. I of course was still standing at the counter waiting for assistance. I stood for another 10 minutes just waiting. The fifth lady went to the back, I moved closer to a set of customers that were finishing up. When they were done, that woman didnât ask if I needed help, she moved trays around, locked the cabinet, and walked away from me. Another sales woman finished and looked like she was going to help me but was stopped by the woman helping the couple that entered after me and went to the back. I waited over 20 minutes. Another set of customers came in, was greeted by the same woman helping the other couple and told sheâd be right with them. At that point I was just mad. I blurted out that I had been waiting over 15 minutes to be helped and she looked at me as if I had three heads and then responded sheâd be with me. I was just so aggravated that I left. I will not spend my money where Iâm not appreciated. This leaves me to wonder if all of the Pandora stores...
   Read moreIf I could do 0 stars I would. My first time ever shopping with pandora and sadly this was the store and workers I had to interact with. I went in to pick up a charm bracelet that was a gift for a friend, my friend came in with me to try it on to make sure it fit. When it didnât I asked the young lady if I could get it changed and they said they donât do that. Then went back and was told I couldnât return or exchange the bracelet since it was âfinal saleâ, which is understand for return since it says that on my email receipt. I wanted to exchange or basically just get the bracelet resized. I was told after repeating what the lady said that it was a no. So then I ask for a refund and finally got a manager up there and was basically made out to be a liar and that the girl that told me it was non-exchangeable didnât say that. Which this really set me off because I work in retail and know some of the ins and outs. It just makes no sense that it took talking to 3 individuals to finally just get the bracelet I purchased resized. And reading reviews you can tell this place is going downhill when it comes to their workers. Very unprofessional. Was told my card did not go through the first time when I showed them the charge posted on my bank card via my bank app they informed me that it had not shown on their end. So ran my card again showed the second charge. Was assured that the first one wouldn't go through but if I had issues to call in 3-4 days so I did. Was told they would refund me for the first charge and would show within 5-6days. It did not called a second time and was told for some reason the work order wasn't done. Another 5-6days go by and still nothing credited. I call yet again am informed that they should of completed the work order. Put another one in. Got tired of dealing with them so went through my banking system to get the credit back. Contacted the CS dept and informed them of my experience. Was assured they would be on it. Got a call from the management there and was told for my troubles to expect a gift and possible coupon for the troubles. Did not get either one of them. Informed my CS point of contact and that is the last I heard of it. Since this experience I will not spend my money at any other Pandora store again. Especially the Pooler Ga store in the...
