I have consistently had the same experience another reviewer mentioned with the pushy sales associates. I have an anxiety disorder and always leave this store feeling on the verge of an anxiety attack because the employees absolutely hound you. I went in today and ran for the door within a minute or two because I couldn't have 5 seconds to myself to think about whether or not I wanted to purchase a bag without a sales associate coming up to me and asking me irritating questions like "Do you like this bag? No? What about this one? What do you usually look for in your bags? What do you mean you don't like this one, you just said you like medium-sized beige bags." For god's sake, just because I typically like medium-sized bags in a certain color doesn't mean I want to buy every single medium-sized bag in beige on the planet. I recognize a bag I like when I see it. I don't need you to find me a bag. Quite frankly, if you brought me a bag I loved, I probably wouldn't buy it because I like to feel like I found the bag myself rather than like it was forced on me by a pushy employee.
I go shopping to relax, not to be brought nearly to the point of an anxiety attack. They place the employees throughout the store so that, as soon as you walk to another section, there will be another one waiting to start asking you another series of annoying questions. Leave me alone...or lose your sale, since that's what you seem...
Read moreI am very disappointed that I had a call the Hilton head location just to get a item that I couldn't get from the pooler or location.
At first spoke I with a store associate. That didn't really seem to help me. Then I spoke to the store manager Melissa, where I felt like the conversation was just more or less me being rushed off the phone.
I had asked about an item at pooler, ga location she said that it was a chirstmas.
I asked about the item being purchased at the hilton head location she said that it could not be purchased locally. I asked if she could call and double check she says that she was swamped but would give me the number to call.
Laura on the other hand ( #4454 treat people how you want to be treated)was more helpful and did not make me feel like i was bothering her. I explained that i just called the pooler locaton And the store manager Melissa said that it wasn't in the system and that it could not be picked up locally.
Laura, was very helpful. Didn't mind putting me on hold. Just to double check and guess what Melissa, There were 8 but I thank you for your time and your effort. I wouldn't want you to have to stop and help a customer over the phone and have a hard time maneuvering through the swamp, because you're swamped. See Melissa it just takes a mustard seed. Read moreI recently visited the COACH Outlet Store, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The main reason for my dissatisfaction revolves around the cashier, whose behavior left much to be desired.
Upon approaching the cash register with a genuine interest in the store's offerings, I asked the cashier a couple of questions. To my surprise, she seemed visibly bothered by my inquiries. Her lack of professionalism and apparent disdain for my presence made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable.
Despite the store's tidy appearance and a seemingly good collection with reasonable prices, the cashier's attitude managed to overshadow any positive aspects. Even when I extended a simple "thank you" at the end of the transaction, she responded with silence and an indifferent stare.
Such blatant rudeness and unprofessionalism have certainly left me with a regrettable impression of the store. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when the store itself appears to...
