Went to Bron’s to get a snow cone on vacation and I won’t be returning. The dude making the slushees tried to gaslight and blame me for accidentally picking up an alcoholic beverage at the window when I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade slushee, even though alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks came in the same cup and lid. I ordered before the lady with the alcoholic beverage so mine should have came first, but didn’t- which is why there was confusion. The only indicator that a drink would have alcohol was a piece of red tape but that was not specified anywhere on the establishment and a child could easily pick up that drink and take it since they do not do a number or name system with orders. Also, all alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks come through the same window which can confuse people too. They are very lucky that I’m an adult who grabbed and tasted the drink instead of a child because that would be a lawsuit...

Rented golf carts for them, signed a contract, picked up the carts and had them for a day when they reminded us to have them back the next day but our rental agreement was for 3 days and we had paid for the three days they quoted us. The manager/owner said they would lose money because of the extra day, which is complete BS. They were making money hand over fist on cart rentals. Still did not honor the contract, very upset considering we could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere. Carts are also rusting like crazy which is understandable with all the salt water but so bad that they cut up your legs and arms...
