Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Port Hueneme

You've got to be kidding me!!! We waited in line and finally got to the register to order. I told the attendant what I wanted and she left the till and proceeded to fill an order. She then returned and told me I needed to wait in line. I said I had already been waiting and she pointed to the end. The attendant next to her saw the whole thing and didn't say anything. I said again we've already waited in line and need to place our order, she then just left the counter, the other attendant proceeded to help the people behind us!!! Will NEVER visit here or any other Einstein Bagel place again....

Serve food off floor - read to end.

Two of us ordered salmon bagels. One with plan cream cheese and mine with chive. Mine was over $2 more. After paying I asked if different cream cheese was an upcharge and employee mumbled yes. We both got unsweetened iced tea and it was so old we couldn't drink it. I asked for drink money back. He offered a fountain drink. Nope.

Sandwich was good but after I finished eating, my coworker told me he saw one of the two elderly men in back drop a dough ball on the floor and pick it up and put it aside. The other man put it back on the tray...

Editing my original review- the service is terrible. The girls working this place are insanely rude, they messed up one of the sandwich orders entirely. The food was terrible- this is not a typical manhattan bagel joint. The eggs were so bad my kids thought it was tofu. I can’t believe this place has positive reviews- service and food is flat out terrible. Don’t waste your time or money. Yuck and frustrating. We are not local so take this review for what it is.
