TL:DR(it’s the best shop in town go there) So- firstly: way more than 5 stars but that’s all I could put lol No matter how many vape shops pop up in this town, I will never go to any one of them, but hard rock (over by Walmart) every staff member I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in there is super helpful no doubt - but I always get excited when I walk in and see either or both; Megan or Kaley working! They are literally the coolest and even though we basically just met(I’m a regular now is why lol)it feels like we are basically besties 😋😎because not only are they super knowledgeable about every freaking item they carry they are so funny and put up with my goofy a** questions and chit chat❤️ basically, they are a absolute treasure and to be protected at all costs! Literally if they ever leave I have to take my business elsewhere - not joking 🤣 however that aside the shop is literally got any type of nic vape or delta products, pre rolls/etc you would want and like way more (like for example I just left and they were putting out the coolest “tobacco” water bubble pipe or whatever we call it now🤣) and the prices are really good for what you get as well! 25 stars A+++ and all that! Purchased 2 delta 8 disposable vapes, and after the sales associate had already ran my card, I was asked if I wanted to try them first, to make sure they worked. I replied that I was driving, and I assumed if there was a problem, they would make it right. They almost laughed, “no, we don’t do that” was the answer. I canceled the sale, went online bought 3 times the amount of vapes for the same $. From previous experience I know the online retailer will guarantee their products. At the very expensive prices Hard Rock charges, a warranty is the minimum they should offer.

An update: I was told by the clerk at the store the refund would take a few days, but when I checked this morning my card had been charged $84.81anyway, called the store, but they feigned ignorance, so I called my bank, and filed for a dispute. It will take about three months. Buyer Beware, these are not...

I had covid. I had absolutely zero thc at home to help me. So I was in despair. Lol.....but really folks..... But really, I called KALEY. She's my favorite employee there. She always treats me with respect and thanks me for my valor as a Veteran. I explained how sick I was and asked would she please take card number on the phone. Nobody else in town had what I needed. She graciously agreed and I was sssooo grateful. She pulled through in my time of need and I thank her so much. I have nobody to help mè.... The transaction went through and she brought my little black bag of my favorite things!......pla;ced them on the hood of my car. I made sure she was back. In the store before I retrieved my goodies !
