Today, my husband received truly unsatisfactory customer service from the Port Lavaca ATT store. My husband and I purchased phones (Samsung 20 FE 5G) online from the ATT website. When we tried to activate the phones, my husband's phone would not recognize the sim card. He was unable to make any phone calls, except emergency calls. He went to the Port Lavaca ATT store and the young lady told him she could not work on the phone because it was not an ATT phone. She just looked at it, didn't even turn it on. My husband couldn't use the phone to call me, so went to a Victoria store and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I am making payments to ATT for the phone.    Read moreStaff ignored me for 15 minutes or so(while dusting displays around me), then lied to or misinformed me about accessories that came with the phone I wanted. Then the young lady trying to sell me accessories had a sales pitch that made no sense at all but ended with "so you'll be saving money in the long run" while trying to get me to purchase their overpriced screen protector and case. Glad I didn't leave the parking lot before unpacking the phone because the wall charging block she insisted I would need was provided with the note 20 and I had driven quite a distance to find it.

   Read moreI’ve had nothing but great support at Port Lavaca AT&T. I had to change 2 phone lines from existing plans to a new plan and add a tablet line. Eric, Jose, and Jade have all been incredibly helpful in the process.
Thank you so much to Jose and Eric for all your help over the past week getting the business lines transferred and set up - I’ve made more than one appearance lately and they’ve been nothing but helpful every time.
Unfortunately, a call into customer service on my end resulted in the agent I spoke with canceling my tablet line and making my sim inactive. Jade was so quick to help me figure out the problem and get it fixed.
