Seems you were more worried about how my haircut was going so I decided to put my two cents in as well. It was walk in only that Friday because it was the obnoxious one having to work extra two hours to cover another employee out sick. Plus the employee who cut your hair was working. Only two people working on a Friday. Both didn't eat anything all day or find a minute to go to the bathroom until 4:00pm. Except coffee and redbull! Yes, the show must go on! As far as the phone call, she had to answer the call from her daughter in which is away on vacation. I didn't mind because in fact we are cousins! She started and then walked away because a customer walked in needed to be signed in to get a haircut. Seems you have a bit of history nit picking on other businesses. Perhaps you can keep your two cents more relevant on YOUR experience only. This salon in particular is a FUN shop! You must be NEW to the place because they are ALL fun to be around! Also you must be fun at parties because all you did was stare at her while she was doing the haircut. Yes, mirrors show everything....

This is the second time we tried to go in here to get a haircut. The first time the employee ignored us and helped the two spanish-speaking customers behind us. The second time as we're patiently waiting at the counter the employee rudely ask "can I help you", you know with an attitude like why are you even here. The employees at this establishment are in serious need of attitude checks and how customer service works. It's a shame that they're allowed to act the way they do the, whole company should be ashamed of themselves. Walk in only. Needed a trim. My stylist was professional but could carry on a conversation. Unfortunately,there was another stylist working there, luckily I didn't get her, She had a customer in her chair, He asked for a 1 blade. She started and then walked away , leavinghim in the chair.
