Ehhh, itās a Home Depot⦠I used to love the selection of Dewalt and Milwaukee ratchets, wrenches, and sockets. And other automotive tools. And they would always have different sets coming in and out. Bit sets, driver sets, torx bits, impact sets, etc etc etc the list went on and on you could get anything you wanted just a short couple years ago. But, this one has just about ZERO sockets, wrenches, or basically anything else that anyone in the automotive industry would be in need of and they donāt understand the amount of sales they are missing or they just donāt care. Unfortunately, HD is unaware of the lost foot traffic. You miss all the impulse buys and everything else⦠Bcus we know you donāt have it so we donāt go in⦠Across the street has an entire section of the store dedicated to mechanics tools. āļø Loweās and craftsman taking the cake in SLW.
With the Milwaukee explosion over the last couple years you would really think HD would capitalize on it and put some dam socket sets, wrenches, wrench sets, rachets, and all of that out in every store but nope. Especially their impact sockets. They only carry ONE 8 pack of sockets by Milwaukee. And itās legit like the worst value for the set you could ask for. Manager told me it was bcus of theft. And Unfortunately, you see store management refusing to carry certain items based on ātheftā so they punish the 99% of good customers just so the 1% (thiefās) donāt get an item here or thereā¦.. Cmon HD, realize your demographic and area and use it to your advantage. Stop giving online business all the business.. You donāt see pharmacies stop carrying high dollar supplements and crest white strips and Nicorette bcus of theft right? You see it behind a counter or lock box or even right out on the aisle where it belongs. Youāll never stop theft. But stop punishing good customers bcus some Karen manager said so. Youāre losing more money. Also, this HD never has any of the new or limited edition tool boxes, no cool colors or anything. Just white or basic. Sucks cus they would FLY here. HF taking you guys to town in the box area big time. HF canāt even keep their boxes in stock and Iām sure you donāt go check them out but you should bcus they have a HUGE selection that is constantly running out.
But, still love HD. No hate. Just get a better selection of tools at the tool store ā¦. Just a suggestionā¦..
PS - nobody in the automotive industry likes husky tools. And nobody likes...

I was told to call 20 minutes before arriving which I did and No One Answered. 2. A customer Service rep requested assistance in getting the panel for us with Marcus. 3. After we checked in with Customer Service we were told to go to the loading area. Not sure how that process worked , we went and inside and was told by the cashier to wait outside multiple times. I guess she was having a bad day. Shortly after that Marcus looked for someone to help him and could not locate an another Associate to help. We waited at the loading area and Marcus attempted again to find help and was unsuccessful. We then went to the area where the panels were stored and found multiple broken panels in piles with cement packages that had hardened on top of the panels which is not only a safety issue for Home Depot Associates but customers as well that are forced to assist on the order they are picking up. Marcus then cut the strapping and retrieved a panel from the top of the pile and with our assistance we got it loaded in the truck. What was annoying was while this was happening I saw multiple associates coming through that area and NOT ONE offered to help. NOT ONE. My question is When Marcus was looking for help...Where were All the Associates that were working? and when you are in an area and you see an Associate handling a job that requires at least two all by himself. Why would you not offer assistance? Marcus was kind, professional and courteous, he did everything he could to make sure that the order was received and never once complained about the situation. This situation bothered me and not him. Thank you Marcus for an outstanding job and for going above and beyond what was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: 2/23/19 ~ We finally purchased the Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower across the street at Lowe's for a much cheaper price than any here so we were in need of a truck to get it home just a few miles away, so while there I looked up Home Depot's Web site and under "Truck Rentals" they have several different sizes to choose from depending on what your moving, so we only needed the smallest size (a flat bed pick up) and it read 2 left and so I called to make sure when we arrived there was still available and when I reached a person he informed me that they had NO Trucks available AT ALL, WTH?! I told him that it listed 2 Trucks available and he said sorry, no! I hope Home Depot reads their reviews and fixes the Web page because the employee I spoke to seemed not to care after I informed him it was giving wrong info! And they did miss selling a Lawn Mower to us because there's are SO EXPENSIVE! Carry a Variety of price's!! 2/10/19 ~ Love Home Depot. We got almost everything we needed in today's visit, we just got a new house and needed alot of things. So, we got a new Weed Wacker and Blower (they were a package deal for only, $119), then a new Garbage Can, a Gardenia Tree, a Rack and possibly a new Gas Grill but that has to wait for another visit due to vehicle space, can't fit it all in a Car, lol! The only thing we were very disappointed in was our main purpose for the visit was to buy a riding Lawn Mower, but they only had a couple brands available and not a big selection or the price was ridiculous! We were happy with all the other things we got that day but we went to Lowes afterward and we're getting the Lawn Mower there, sorry Home Depot! Just a note to Home Depot. Yes, we bought 5 items here but if you had a better selection on your Riding Lawn Mower's, you would of made more money on just "1" thing than all 5 thing's!...
