I went for a gel fill for nails, and a polish change for toes. I’m so glad I waited until after I left to write a review. First, I’ll say my nails look decent. But, immediately upon finishing them, before I could even stand up to go pay, Kathy, my nail tech pointed to the QR code to scan for a google review..I thought no harm, ..scanned it, pulled it open and acknowledged that I will complete it for her. I went to walk away and she stopped me and insisted she take a photo of my nails, with MY phone..I thought that was rather different but again, no harm.. She takes the photo with my phone, I take my phone back and say thank you I’ll add it to the review. I go to walk away again, and she tells me no, it’s not finished. I asked her what she means, and she points to my phone screen which has the unfinished review, and she tried to click the ā€œpostā€ button, to publish the review. Initially, I had 5 stars selected and she saw that, but I had wanted to add some positive context about my experience before publishing it..However, at this point I was bothered by how insistent she was that I leave a review before exiting the building.. The most bizarre thing I’ve experienced at a salon. I am always happy to leave a positive review for great work, but once this took place it put a sour taste in my mouth and I decided I would not be returning. Reviews should be organic and not forced. The lady at the front who greeted us (I assume the owner?) was very kind and welcoming upon us entering, I will say that. Also, just something I observed: my friend was there having her toes done, too (identical service as me - polish change only), and was charged less than I was… We didn’t know until we both left and questioned why a polish...

Let me start off by saying this is the worst nail please in st Lucie Florida so I went to get a fill I’ve told myself I would never go back for some reason I didn’t listen first of all they are more worried bout money then Quality they don’t take their time to do nails the owners wife is scamming and pushing for service just to rush through it…So I have ombre Acrylic nails With White acrylic this man put regular acrylic on my ombre because he was too lazy and didn’t wanna waste his product when I was paying my hard earn money to get it done right. I was shaking because I was so shocked to even think he would do such thing. They are also unsanitary they do not sanitize none of their tools. They are going to get someone’s sick and I pray to God the health department shut them down before this happens…Florida nails in St. Lucie West next to the neighborhood Walmart is the worst nail salon to spend your money on because you are using on sanitary equipment on people knowingly and I’m reporting you guys to the health department. Stop thanking everyone is crazy slow ignorant when it comes to our money….money is not everything quality service is the key and you guys have none of it with your fake customer service to lure people in to use your nasty tools on people who have family to care for…all you guys worry about is money money money go clean your nail salon and clean your tools and do people nails right because they’re paying for it. I will make sure this gets to the news because what you guys are doing needs to be known and sir you know exactly who I am you mess with the right one for you to give me a fill knowingly that I have ombrĆ© is pitiful of you. You don’t deserve to be...

This was my first and last time here. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was nice, and would be the only thing I’d (possibly) come back for.

First of all, I asked for a manicure with acrylic tips. A manicure provides care towards your cuticles and hands, and I received no such treatment. It was the main reason I came in, my cuticles really needed TLC or else I would’ve done a better job painting my nails myself. Besides that, I felt like I was nitpicking… until my boyfriend (who knows nothing about nails) noticed the imperfections I was trying to justify. From afar, they look nice but my nails are thick, sloppily painted, over-glued, and unevenly shaped. Thankfully, I have a nail kit at home.

And second, the price. I’m shocked at how much my total was, their prices state lower than what they actually charge. I could’ve saved my $170 and did it all myself. The person who helped me kept telling me to be careful not to break it and that this is very long, which this is shorter than what I usually do. She also said she had been working here the longest and to trust her, but towards the end says that she’s only been working here for a year. Don’t get me wrong, she’s great for a pedicure but I won’t let her near my hands again.

I’ll probably only return to get this acrylic powder off,...

my sister went for her birthday nails and she showed her artist a nail inspo pic and the woman did not do anything close to it and charged 90 dollars for a short acrylic set the woman lied right to her face and told her she asked for gel and even if she did ask for gel, it would’ve not amounted up to $95 for a short pink French tip with no gems or anything like that and then when we came back to ask for a refund and ask for the owner of the woman had the audacity to say that she was the owner and refused to grab anyone else called my sister a liar, even though the woman had taken an Inspo pic on her phone and the pictures literally matched and was just flat out rude, do not come here if you want your nails to look good at all horrible quality, horrible staff. Honestly, very ashamed that this place is even an establishment… and on top of all of that, my sister and my mother and my sisterā€˜s boyfriend all left a one star review explaining the situation and they removed every single one of the reviews so they would not pop up and bring their Google ratings down, that shows what kind of place this is
