THE OWNER RENEE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE DAMAGED PIECES SHE SELLS. HER HUSBAND CAME TO REPAIR MY TALL DRESSER WITH THE GUIDING RAIL FOR THE DRAW STICKING OUT OF THE DRESSER AND HAD TO REALIGN THE DRAWERS, BUT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THIS PURCHASE TO HER, BUT IT WAS OBVIOUS TO HER HUSBAND THAT IT NEEDED REPAIR. NOW SHE REFUSES TO REPAIR ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS. I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE MESSAGES TO ME FOUR TIMES, BUT I STILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT NEW MERCHANDISE WHEN THIS IS THE LAST PLACE I WILL EVER SHOP OR TRUST EVER AGAIN. SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR INTEGRITY!! AND HOMESTY!! IT IS NOT DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER WHEN IT IS THE TRUTH! Upper case, yes. But I am not yelling. I purchased a $1600 bedroom set that's drawers are not aligned. She had the nerve to lie so she wouldn't stand by my purchase because I overfstuff my drawers which is a downright LIE! Her husband agreed the furniture was NOT aligned and even admitted it telling her how stubborn she is. The owner Renee is so stubborn and refuses to come back the 2nd time to fix the drawers alignment once again. It has NOTHING to do with my floors or clothes and I don't care how they were "aligned" in her store. Who knows what she had to do for the set to "appear" aligned. She is a stubborn individual and she would prefer that I sue, which I will do rather than do the right thing. Her emotions overwhelm her and because I wrote in caps out of frustration and not yelling she told me not to contact them again. This place does NOT stand by your purchase if there's a problem. I was told by Renee to get a handyman which I will after I take the owner and her store to court and win. She is choosing to ruin her name. I have no problem suing Sweet Tea and Renee. I don't care if it was okay in her store the furniture is not made well. Her husband had to fix multiple things in just one tall dresser out of alignment and sticking out. She is making a foolish choice. Her husband has integrity which Renee lacks!! The lawsuit will go into public record when people look up the store and she prefers to ruin her name than do the right thing. I'm sorry I did not go to Do Over Decor instead of this dump. Do Over Decor stands by your purchases where this store does not. I'll be damned if Im just going to throw away $1,600 for apparent garbage and to someone...
