I was visiting from California and just thought about walking in for a little browsing. I had probably the most amazing customer service ever. I believe his name was Andrew. At first, I wasn’t used to it and I wasn’t sure if he was pretending to pay attention to me - but he honestly blew me away. He asked targeting questions to understand my needs, gave great demonstrations, never pressured me to buy but rather informed me with all the right stuff, and gave a ton of samples he even extended to all my friends. This was my first time visiting this store, I had heard that Aesop products were amazing so I wanted to test them out. The staff are attentive and try their best to help you out. I wanted a new hand cream and so they recommended a couple body balms. They have a sink with a whole bunch of tester products to try out and clean white towels to dry your hands.

There’s also infused water available while you shop. When you purchase anything, they’ll give your stuff in a small canvas baggie and spritz a scent onto the bag. Makes me feel...

I went in a couples weeks ago to shop for colognes, and the gentlemen that I talked to were super helpful and friendly. I forgot their names but we chatted for a while, and after being unsure about the colognes I tried, they even gave me recommendations for other stores to check out. Shows how genuine they are for wanting their guests to find the right product for them, and I’d definitely come back to shop for other products...
