What a great spot to get something different! I’m just sad that social media had a hack to where it showed how to withdraw the solution from any fragrance bottle. I have been the victim twice of this happening to me recently. I emailed their corporate and also went back into the store to speak with their associates personally yesterday. It makes me sad because it took a lot of processing to treat myself to something so expensive. I’ve come a long way when it comes to my recovery. Just make sure you have some where safe to keep it. I’m thankful that they gave me a refund and it’s currently processing. That’s not what I went in for yesterday but I just wanted them to be aware that this was happening. I'm LITERALLY a walking advertisement for Le Labo. I'd always been in love w/ Santal 33 and it is my scent... forever and ever and ever i love it to death... and i'd never been in a le labo before in my life and lucky me got to go to the brand new one in portland... i walked in there so fn chipper, and the girl working at the time was so not interested in helping me at ALLLL. Honey I can sell your products better that you can! You'd do a service to yourselves to hire me as a brand ambassador for f's sake! I wanted to know more about your products, but you snubbed me. It's okay I forgive you but WOW. Talk about such a disappointment... my heart still hurts... but at least i smell good. I am on your side, but i need you to be on MY SIDE TOO BRO. come...

I was with my girlfriend waiting for Foster the People at Crystal ball room when I accidentally stumbled upon Le Labo. That’s where I met the most fun and friendly Sales manager Melissa she is Very knowledgeable, Professional, and welcoming. What really took me by surprise was Their coworkers and employees. The ones I met were all equally as Professional, lovely, and knowledgeable. I can imagine this all contributes to the communication they have with Melissa.
