Easy from start to finish! The team at EverPresent were so helpful. I packaged all of my 25 year old VHS tapes up and they sent someone to pick everything up at my home. The whole process took about 7 or 8 weeks (I had 24 VHS tapes to be digitized) and they had someone from their team bring everything back once it was done. I let them know that there is only a singular tape that is left that I wanted to get transferred.
