I have been a longtime customer of the store in Beverly Hills and I have been to this store a few times and was always polite and professional , now the sad part I purchased a pair of sunglasses a few months ago in BH and one of the lenses fell out and was stepped on by a jogger , So I called the customer service line and they told me to bring it in . So I brought it to the PDX store and when the sales person found out about my issue he was persistent for me to take it to the Seattle Store . I said I prefer here and he kept on , so with a firm voice I again stated this store is easier to get to, rather than the Bellevue location . I live about 2 hours from there in Seattle traffic. This store is easier to get to . So he finally agreed and proceeded with the paperwork . He explained their policy about repairing the glasses and found it very disappointing. So I left them with him and a week later I called customer service and the first person I spoke to kept arguing with me about their procedures and I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service Rep said and I Quote ! (Speaking to a manager will not help you ) and said there was no one available and ended the call . So I called back spoke to another lady and asked to speak to a manager and she said they are all busy and disconnected the call . Unbelievable , so I called again and spoke to Eric today and I asked about talking to a Manager and He stated it was a busy call day and sent me a text and will have the manager call me . That was this morning and it is 4:45 pm and still no call back . I cannot believe a business of this caliber having such rude people that provide no customer service . My husband and I have spent thousands with Gucci and I cannot believe I get better service at Walmart . Maybe itās time to rethink weāre we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the store because I was advised by a different location that i could bring my sneakers to get repaired or replaced. Ana Ferguson helped me out filling the repair ticket and she made me believe that it will take two weeks for a response and that they will give me a solution for my peeling sneakers. Then I get a message from Sarah stating that I canāt get coverage under their āglobal care coverageā since it wasnāt purchased at their store. My sneakers were purchased at a Saks in Miami, I do have a receipt and it hasnāt been even 4 months and I barely used my shoes. Now I got an email from Ana Ferguson were she states āIn the event a repair is unable to be done, the item is considered for return or replacement however only if the item is purchased directly with a Gucci store.ā So basically she knew that before she even submitted the shoes for a repair, she wasted my time and her time just submitting the ticket. Definitely not happy with the poor customer service I got in that store and the misinformation provided by Ana. Take your business elsewhere. Also I got a very unprofessional email from Ana Ferguson showing how unprofessional they employees are at this store. Definitely act like they save the world because...

Before I made my payment thru the Gucci portal they kept texting me asking have I made the payment yet. Once I made the payment I didnāt hear anything from anyone. No receipt, no email no nothing. After finally getting someone to text me the receipt, I asked for the tracking number which I never received. Currently still waiting for my slides and I donāt know when they will be arriving or if they were ever shipped out. Once they received my money they went ghost. Would not recommend...
