My wife and I had the best experience shopping here. We were warmly greeted by Kari and welcomed us to the store. Anyone reading this, is probably aware of the current status of the supply and demand of certain watches, and with that said, Kari handled my questions with interest and grace. I felt like just the insight and knowledge I took home was already worth the visit and future visits :)

My intention was to see how a certain watch size fit on my wife's wrist, and from there we had a great conversation about watches / trends / current state / jewelry. What we loved most about Kari was her ability to just level with us and speak openly and candidly of how things work and genuinely tried to get to know us. We were then presented with a watch that absolutely floored my wife. Though the sale was already made, Kari allowed us to take our time and make sure we were confident about the purchase. While my wife's purchase was being sorted, I was then given the opportunity for a watch myself :) Let's just say the rest is history.

Rolex, if you are listening, out of all the AD's I've interacted with, Kari and the Packouz team (another shout out to Ian, for pulling some rabbits out of hats) are the gold standard of being your brand ambassador. I also overheard someone purchasing a Tudor and they were doing a stellar job as well.

Even if we didn't purchase anything that day, they have made a loyal customer from the experience and customer service alone. Can't wait to continue doing business with you all, and congrats on the new retail space in the near future :)

I simply cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Nick Mahler and Tamara Arcayena-Nguyen at Mahler's Jewelers. Due to a serious family illness affecting my youngest daughter, I had to liquidate my watch collection to pay medical bills. In my mind, the collection was gone and would never be replaced.

On a recent trip to Portland, I stopped in Mahler's Jewelers to look at a few pieces I have long dreamed of owning. After an insightful and welcoming conversation with Tamara, I added my name to the waitlist and left Portland with a hope and a dream that I never expected to become a reality.

As a little time passed, I received a call from Tamara indicating my dream watch was available and waiting for me. I called in a substitute teacher to cover my classes, took the day off and flew back to Portland to pick up my dream watch.

Two weeks later, my wrist and eyes are still in disbelief every time I check the time. I cannot begin to thank Tamara and Mr. Mahler for their kindness, assistance and understanding. This has been one of the best experiences of my life and I cannot say enough good things about Mahler Jewelers. They have earned a customer for life and more importantly helped me begin the process of healing after an incredibly difficult 2024. It's been an interesting experience working with Packouz. While the staff is polite - every inquiry I've had about my Tudor GMT has yielded different answers. And while I've finally received my watch from servicing (frustrating 3+ month wait for a specific part, but understandable due to a pandemic), the last encounter was the one that bothered me the most.

Upon picking up the watch, I asked the gentleman if there was any warranty left? He gave me a befuddled answer, and tossed in a "there's an invisible 3rd year warranty they add". Never hearing such a thing I clarified that this isn't a date wheel issue, but rather the movement seemed off - he carried on, saying "if it's not on the paper, then no doesn't seem like warranty is extended". I walked out uncertain if I have a warranty, and just generally ignored - I raise this since I had a similar discussion with a separate a.d and they mentioned Tudor would generally extend warranties if something bizzare occurs with the movement.

Two general take-aways I've had here: 1) Don't bother asking this store questions about warranty services - they are focussed only on smiles and sales.

2. Think twice about purchasing a first generation model from Tudor. Embarrassing considering the connection this brand has with Rolex.
