Seams to Fit Home — Local services in Portland

I consigned many nice pieces of furniture and art after the sale of my downtown Portland condo. Seams to Fit Home did a fine job of displaying and selling many of the items. The problem is in getting paid for the items sold. For the past 2 months I have been owed well in excess $1500 and have a check that I have been told to hold until I get the go ahead to cash. It is clear that the proceeds from the sale of my items have been used to pay others. This is no way to run a business and I would never recommend to anyone to consign with Seams...
