Well my first impression started off great!.. the gentleman at the register was engaging, polite and he made me feel welcome in the establishment... The young lady that I would incounter next would quickly change just how welcome I would feel... Keep in mind I have done special projects for AVN have worked with numerous studios in the industry and ma6naged a bath house.. so I understand it's not the most glamorous of jobs and some of the customer interactions are not pleasant.. with that being said.. this is my interaction with the young lady.. So I had just entered the room locked the door grabbed a clean paper towel to begin to clean up the mess the previous occupant left when I'm startled by an aggressive attempt to open the door followed up with a police knock and her annoyed unwelcoming tone informing me I needed to pay up or get out I entered a dollar into the machine knowing at that moment wasn't planning on spending any more... As I go to leave I approach the counter to speak with the young man before to inform him of my interaction I just had when she came around the corner ..so I try to convey how she made me feel she didn't care she got aggressive and argumentative I tried letting her know that would probably do her a service if they would walk down to the end of the hall and double back to see who still has not paid... Within that 30 seconds 45 seconds... Give the booster courtesy reminder about the policy. I don't care what establishment bookstore or Barnes and nobles I should feel welcome. All I wanted to do is spend money and have a good time I gave her no reason for the rudeness the aggressiveness, rudeness or the invitation to leave the establishment.. you should be polite and accommodating to every customer until it's time...

I asked if he would honor the price, and he responded with a no. If you know that your business is linked to an incorrect website, then you should either fix that problem or honor those prices because this is false advertisement and businesses can get in a lot of trouble for falsely...
