I arrived early as instructed as I am a new patient and found the door locked at 730am . No problem soon someone arrived for work and invited me in. I was told to bring certain things and I followed the list provided by mail and the instructions of the lady who had called me the day prior. One annoying thing was the release of information form I was told was outdated and I would have to fill out another one. So I did. I then offered my prescription medication bottles for their inspection as was required. No one was really interested in them during the entire visit. Kind of a pain to haul them back and forth for no reason. Then when I was escorted back to the exam room the list of meds needed to be tracked down. BUT... it was first thing in the morning on a snowy day so that said life went on. Dr. Glenn arrived after a short wait and delved into my exciting list of ailments and was pleasant doctor all around. Most of what ails me however was out of his scope of practice and would need a specialist to review. He impressed me by quickly looking up one of my issues during a clothing change that was required. I was a VA CHOICE referral and it was made clear at many stages that working with the VA could be a challenge especially when it came to authorizing needed procedures and such. I informed them to use me as a advocate from my end if that should arise as the VA is sensitive to such complaints in light of recent allegations of dropped care. Dr. Glenn then wanted to introduce me to the office manager or nurse I forgot her title that handles such claims for them if she was available. He left and I waited but no one came to I left to get my xrays. I was delighted to receive a call from Dr. Glenn later in the day to inform me he had spoken with a specialist about my case and was referring me to him. Overall a good experience for a busy office that was starting its day. I hope this feedback is helpful and I appreciate the opportunity to give it.
Kind regards J....
Read moreRonalda's review hits the nail on the head along with others this Dr. hates people with ADD, he is emotionally , physically and spiritually abusive. He made comments about my looks saying I don't look sick, he called me a liar, and made all of these comments in front of a female scribe, who then becomes a witness to abuse. He felt for my pulse and hurt my wrist, he looked me up and down and was interrogative, lecturing me and left me in a panic state, I am on SS for a reason, and he violated every bit of my being. I cannot get KMC to call me back after several complaints, and going to Psychiatry to have this escalated, if anyone cares to join me in filing a complaint, please do so. I will be escalating this matter to a legal team, not AMA, I was left abused and not cared for at all. This Dr. should be so ashamed of himself and now concerned for his Lic M-13390 IDAHO this is a matter of harassment in every way again in violation of the Spokane Adjudication process as well. I am more than sick, now without care and this so called doctor incited me, if you don't Rx narcotics, why does a poster of Oxycodone, stay up in the room I was seen in? I have a lot of unanswered questions here, as stated this will be escalated bypassing the AMA. He entered the room, with a angry stance, so please do...
Read moreThis is by far the worst dr I have ever seen. I was born with a severe birth defect, I’ve had multiple arm surgeries since the age 6. After four years of asking for a referral he would not find me an arm physician. I took matters into my own hands and found one. Turns out my radial head is slipping and has been for years to the point I need surgery, but surgery could cause me to become an amputee. My arm dr suggested asking dr Glenn for pain relief until I’m able to get into pain management. He told me “he is not comfortable prescribing me anything other than a cream and some patches” that don’t work. Even though he prescribed me a controlled substance for my weight over the last two years. I’ve never met a doctor with less regard for pain and issues. All he cares...
