Best boot barn experience I’ve had!! i have never stepped foot into one until recently (grand opening). Didn’t feel overcrowded and there was a huge variety to choose from meanwhile the prices are indeed based on original retailers. The staff were extremely friendly and considerate, a lovely employee named “Emily” (same name as me) didn’t hesitate to assist me in helping to find my first perfect pair; huge kudos for her customer service and her sweet mentality. The environment overall is spacious and is easy to navigate around with differentiated departments. Unfortunately a whole lot of nothing. One star for the friendly person who helped me during my visit. 5 years ago I purchased a pair of jeans that literally lasted 5 years, however they no longer make them. The ridiculously overpriced boots don't last as they are made of cardboard. I know this because when I gave them to a cobbler to fix, he showed me the inside and he confirmed this by saying that they are very cheaply made.
