While I do love this Ross and frequent this location very often, today was probably the most frustrating shopping experience for me. Apparently the fitting rooms to the back of the store are now closed until 12PM, forcing customers to pile up in a line at the FRONT of the store for only TWO seldomly available fitting rooms. I spoke with the store manager and they still choose not to put someone back there with the regular fitting rooms until 12pm & it doesn’t seem like they care that its causing customers to put things back and leave the store all together. I asked if they could have someone sent to the dressing rooms to assist myself and all the rest of the customers that were in line and I got a “no” followed by a standard empathy statement. I feel it would be way more beneficial for both the business and the customers, if the only two rooms up front be used as overflow because this is ridiculous. 30 minutes of my time shopping was spend waiting in line for a dressing room and that should really change ASAP. This situation really changes a 20-25min trip to 45m-1hr easily. PLEASE REVISIT...

I had tag on, receipt in hand and the items was within the return policy timeline. The clerk had no answer. After it rang through she was scanning a gift card, I asked why? A previously returned item credit went toward this purchase so the only way to refund if a gift card. Okay fine, but...how about you talk to me and tell me what is happening. I agree with another post how you are treated like a criminal. Another return, tag on, in time frame to return and the girl DID NOT want to return my item. Made no sense.    Read moreCame into the store July 29th 2025. Our cashier was Becca, suuuppperr sweet and cool lady. But I felt so bad for her because when we were waiting in line, the line just got longer and longer! She must have called for backup and help 10 times! At one point she even went on the loud speaker and asked for help from “anyone associate”. It must have taken 15 minutes for one associate to come and help her. My kids and I felt so bad we started to remove hangers from all the clothes we were going to purchase to help her be able to scan things faster. Giving a 4 star because Becca was awesome!
