TJMaxx Store In PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA - I don’t get out much because of my illness but decided to come on 12/27/2019 around 3:00 PM CST - the Manager and checkout cashier acted as though I was stealing items when I was trying to purchase the 50% off Christmas items - I had verified with the associate in the department prior to going to the register the costs - the manager and cashier refused to honor the sales associate verified items - they returned half the products to shelf because for denial of price - the items should be marked in the future to avoid confusion- I got home to find out the cashier did not discount all the items as instructed...

I gave 2 out of 5 stars because TJ Maxx is a lot like Ross. Only Ross's prices are a lot cheaper. TJ Maxx his prices are a little bit higher which makes me mad because they carry a lot of the same things. It just might be better Brands here and there that TJ Maxx. But I gave it to start writing because it's always cluttered the store is always disorganized. And for the love of God is always so hot in there every time I go I feel like I'm going to die so I can't stay very long. came in to return 2 items , i think the manager with the black glasses returned them and didnt even ask if i wanted the refund on a tjmax card or my bank card but she just did the return anyways and sent it back to my bank card which takes days , then when i asked where is my refund she says it will be sent back to your bank card , i said mam i need it on a Tjmax card and she says why didnt you say something, umm mam why arent you doing your job correctly . worst customer service...
