Club Pilates — Local services in Prattville

I visited this place with my friend. It was pretty cool! I have never done Pilates. I have done yoga in the past however, when I moved, I wanted to find something that was closer to me, but had no luck. I just so happened to be in that area and I saw that it was a Pilates studio so my friend and I decided to sign up online and take the free class. It was an experience. The free class is 30 minutes however the regular classes are 50 minutes. Honestly, the price per month is kind of high, but their price is their price. The facility was clean, spacious, lots of nice equipment. The staff were very helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable. It was also cool that they have gear there but beware if you don’t bring your own no skid socks you’re gonna be paying About 18 bucks and you have to wear them in order to participate. My first pilates class was better than I could’ve hoped for! The front desk receptionist informed the instructor it was my first class so she made sure to help me (discreetly) throughout the class when I didn’t understand any terms or directions. She was very knowledgeable and the workout was low impact but still targeted all those tough “middle-aged mom” muscles we have a hard time toning. The class was invigorating and nothing like any workout I had done before. I signed up for the unlimited monthly membership and I’m looking forward to checking out the variety of classes Club Pilates...

I absolutely love Club Pilates! The studio is always clean and welcoming, and the instructors are fantastic at guiding you through each class.
