This issue has been resolved. Wi-Fiber was very quick to reach out to me and assist me with this issue. This was a misunderstanding on my part. Yet, Wi-Fiber went above and beyond to fix it. I have been nothing but impressed with how they handled this situation, and my trust has been restored.
I would very much recommend Wi-fiber to anyone that is sick of big internet companies giving you lip service, but not actually caring. I have been blown away with the service provided. It has been way better than other internet providers I have worked with.
Wi-Fiber will do what it takes to make sure their customers are taken care of. This plus the wonderful product that they provide means that this is an easy 5 star review. Thanks Wi-Fiber for helping resolve this so quickly!
I have left my original review below so you can read through it and know that not only was it resolved, but that Wi-Fiber goes above and beyond to make sure things are handled correctly.
A WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL WI-FIBER CUSTOMERS!
So far, not very happy with Wi-Fiber. The techs that came out to do the install were fantastic. If I could give them a separate review of 5 stars I totally would.
My issue comes with some hidden charges that tagged along with my install.
In section 3. of the Res Equip Install & Lease Agreement, it states:
The cost for the Installation and Lease shall be a one-time fee of $150. A payment in the amount of $150 is required upon acceptance of this Agreement.
Then in section 4. it states:
WI-FIBER will install the Equipment on the Premises at an agreed-upon price.
I was not told at all that I would be charged an additional fee. They charged me $250 for the install fee. Which had they told me beforehand and explained why it was $250 I would have been fine with.
The techs told me right before they climbed on the roof that the equipment they were adding would come along with an additional fee. I told them I was not aware of this and was not told of such a fee. They were just as surprised as I was. They said that perhaps the fee had been waived.
Again I place no blame on the techs who are just doing their job. They weren't sure what was said to me.
I then called customer support where I was met with someone who clearly didn't care that the Res Equip Install & Lease Agreement I signed said I would only pay $150, and that WI-FIBER will install the Equipment on the Premises at an agreed-upon price before the install.
I was not notified that the price for install would be $250, which again had they told me we could easily have avoided all of this. Instead customer service chose to tell me that the fee should have been $300 and I should be grateful it was only $250.
Thus a 2 star review. This could totally change depending on how WI-Fiber addresses this issue. The internet connection is strong, and the techs were awesome. I just feel like I was very much deceived into paying a higher price than I was aware of, and I don't approve of business trying to be sneaky and going against their own Agreements.
I will for sure be weary going forward as a company that goes against its Res Equip Install & Lease Agreement on day one makes me very nervous. It should also make all incoming new customers wary as well. Let's hope this was all a misunderstanding and not an example of the deceiving practices...

I have been with all of the big name providers and just couldn't find a reliable company with good customer service and fair pricing. That was until I decided to give Wi-Fiber a try. Wi-Fiber is by far the very best internet company I have used and I am proud to give them a 5 star rating. If I could I would give them a 10/5. Their customer service is incredible. They take the time to listen to any issue I may have and in most cases can fix the issue right over the phone. If they cannot fix it over the phone they will have a technician there to deal with your issue much much quicker than any service I have ever dealt with. The owner's are top notch individuals and every single employee I have ever dealt with are friendly, competent and go above and beyond for you. I get treated as if I am their only customer and my business is the most important thing to them. That is a rare find in this world today. As far as the reliability of the service and fluctuations of speed......... I have had no reliability issues with this service and I have speeds much much faster than I have ever had before. I have not experienced the fluctuation of speeds with high usage times such as weekends, holidays, and "movie nights" that I did with other companies. If you have any issues with the service they will dedicate the time necessary to pinpoint where the "bind" in the system is and take the necessary steps to correct it immediately. I Don't usually write reviews but I certainly had to share this review and my feelings about such a tremendous company. If you are fed up with all the problems of your current internet provider, give Wi-Fiber a shout and they will come give you an honest assessment of their ability to provide you a reliable, fast connection. I wanted to find a company that offers a service at a reasonable price, has responsive customer service, and has no cap and limitation. Having no contract was an extra option for me to choose the company. So, I started searching Internet provider by reading their services and reviews about them. Finally, I chose WI-FIBER over other competitors such as Xfinity (or Comcast), Rise Broadband, CenturyLink. In addition to my initial criteria, I also liked their user-friendly website and their customer service. For example, if you need to call them, they provide different phone numbers, and you can talk to someone right away.
For the installation, they did it quickly. I was lucky that one of the owners of this company came along. He honestly explained everything I should know about their services and possible issues that may arise. He also helped me with installing a useful app and setting up my account.
I picked up their SAVER plan under residential internet, and we have been using two laptops (for surfing the net and watching YouTube) and one smart TV simultaneously. After having the WI-FIBER for more than two months, I am happy with their service (there is sometimes a minor issue in our living room only which they had informed me about and I can solve the problem if I add additional device).
All in all, I highly recommend this company. Update 03/26/2021: as I mentioned above, I had sometimes minor issue in our living room in the first two months. I just called the number provide, then made appointment and their technician came and replaced a new device (router I guess) with the old one at no cost.
