Need directions? Don't bother asking. There was no one at the main desk, so I went into the library. If you're lucky enough to get the attention of the person working the desk in the library, all they can do is say I don't know. I wanted to know if the library carried a book I was looking for and the person just gave me an angry look and heavy sigh and told me they couldn't help me and to come back when someone was available at the reference desk. But they didn't know when that would be either. I called later in the day. I wad told I was being transferred to the reference desk, but then I just sat on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, only to be told no one was available and to call back the next day. I think I'll go to the University of Utah for help now, at least they know how to respond and have a good customer...
