Subway — Restaurant in Provo

I can’t say how disappointed I am with Subway. I love the food and have long been a fan, but continual disappointments regarding customer service quality has really turned me off to the company. This subway location is sadly one of the worst I have ever been to, including dumpy roadside ones. I am writing this review after 25 min of standing in line at 9:17 am with only a few people in line in front of me. When I finally made it to the front to order, they were out of multiple ingredients I wanted on my sandwich. I hate to speak poorly of a company, but this is probably the 10th time they have been out of ingredients when I have ordered this semester. I went there on Saturday morning, October 10th, and did not have a good experience. There were only two employees there and one of them was making bread the whole time, which meant that I waited a long time in line even though there were only 3 people ahead of me. And the process took so long that by the time I got my toasted sub it was cold. And they didn't have the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. Not a good experience at all.
