Hey Dad you are doing such an amazing job at being a really good Cop I really hope the bully’s have stopped hurting you! They’re still hurting me with a lot of shut out stuff and pushing me away. God said to love thy naibor and it looks as if this fight has ended for me and you. I’m finally realizing they won’t ever care about anything I’ve tried to inform them of. The Good: Rally nice building, anyone who is not the front desk customer service is pretty nice. The Bad: The front desk receptionists are so rude, condescending and unprofessional, they have the ability to be nice, I know it because when they talk to each other and other city employees they seem very pleasant. However, when they are helping customers, or city residents they are so mean and rude and I can’t believe the city allows them to treat people as such. The Ugly: If they don’t like you for whatever reason, they make sure you wait, they make sure to take their time and they make sure to make it as inconvenient as possible. the city of Provo are good at making bike paths that people don't even use. That's what makes me the most angry: because of a bike path, I can't park my car on the street. They build waterfalls in front of the municipality and then they raise the water bill and tell you not to waste a lot of water because the lakes are dry. Who understands them? There are lights on the 920s that aren't working and there's no one there to take care of them.
