Three weeks before Christmas, I went shopping at our favorite jewelry store to find a ring for my wife. I had purchased a really nice wedding ring three years ago when we got married, but after loosing it once (and finding it) she wanted something she could wear under gloves. We decided on a plain white gold band to match mine. The clerk who was new, said he couldn't even order a ring to be delivered before mid to late January. So, out of desperation, I went across the mall to another store that had replaced one we had an awfully bad experience with. Riddle's was new to our Pueblo Colorado Mall, and I made sure there was no relationship with the previous one in that spot. Not only did the clerk who was coincidentally the store manager, assure me that I could have the ring in two weeks, she pointed out a ring that actually matched my wife's ring by design, but was also on sale. After explaining that we had agreed on a particular style, the clerk suggested that I take it home, present it to my wife, and return it to order the proper size. Of course my wife loved the ring, so I went back to place the order. I was told it could be up to 6-8 weeks, but the money we saved and upgraded style was worth it. Three days later I got a call from the clerk who said that they couldn't get that exact ring, but had found something similar. So, while apologizing, the clerk showed me the ring, and explained that it was considerably more expensive, she was going to honor her price and agreement. Not only is the new ring almost twice the weight in gold, the diamonds are considerably larger, brighter, and more of them, but the overall quality and craftsmanship is by far superior.
