Me and my friends (all over the age of 18) were looking at the toys in the back and hyping each other up to get some because they're fun. Sure, we were probably being a little loud (there was no one in the store and no music. Awkward silence) but instead of telling us to keep it down, one of the employees came up to us and lectured us about how adults are already embarrassed about buying toys and us laughing, joking, and giggling makes it so much harder for them. First off, who? No one was in the store, if someone was that embarrassed they should buy online. Two, I told her I was 20, but she didnt seem to care and kept emphasizing ADULTS which I am one, I was a little offended she didnt believe me. The old lady, I assume the manager, was absolutely horrible to deal with. I feel awful for the other staff that have to deal with her all shift long. I asked if they sold just piercing balls, because there is a huge variety of piercings and I’d rather ask someone who would know than have to go through every single piercing rack, and the kind employee wasn’t sure so they asked the manager, and the manager literally just shouted and snapped "No. Go to hot topic or BJP." with the most awful tone I’ve ever heard. Looking at the other reviews it’s clear to me this is a reoccurring problem. I hope they can find another manager who is actually fit for the position. Aboustley horribile worker !!! I stopped by to look for sex pills i thought they might carry them i asked the lady working there she looks at me with a disgusted look on her face and says loudly UMM NOOO!
