I have bought a bunch of clothes here recently took them home & washed them. I always dry all clothes on low heat so they don't shink and one of the designs on the shirt got ruined. Tried to go exchange it a couple days ago and the store was closed during normal business hours. I waited thinking they were lunch since it was 12:30pm-1:00pm when I was there. Finally went and asked the people at Cinnabon if they had been open to find out they had been closed all day. Several other customers were also waiting, with no sign, nothing. Finally got there again today to exchange the shirt obviously don't have the tag since I washed it, I don't have the receipt because I was going to keep all the items. Employee says they can't look up from my rewards or email to prove purchase and wouldn't exchange the shirt. Told me to call customer service (which is also closed today). Will not be shopping here anymore. Carters is way better with...
Read moreThe manager at this store is disrespectful and tasteless. She made the experience here a horrible and negative environment. Finally after months of disrespect I left. If you want a manager and full time lead who are catty and gossipy then this is the place for you. All they do is talk badly about workers and make fun of them when they make a mistake instead of coaching. Very immature. She is so insecure about being a better manager than the previous manager, it is pathetic. The manager didn't use birth control in highschool and continues to make it our problem. She expects you to drop everything and fill in for her, but refuses and acts petty when you need the same. The district manager told her to open her availability if she wanted to be manager guess she just lied. She is a selfish, rude, disrespectful, tasteless, petty, and disgusting human being. Hopefully karma catches up to her. I'm glad to be gone from this toxic...
