Pay attention investors!

I am an experienced investor in Pitt County, NC. I am holding bunch of properties and get loan from few different banks. I received a loan of dozen properties from the Select Bank before the First Bank bought it. I am trying to sell few properties from this loan. I was informed that I will have to pay back 80% of SELLING PRICE. I am shocked. I sold 12 properties so far from last year. I got loan from different banks ( United Bank, Southern Bank, First Citizens Bank, Dogwood state Bank, First National Bank ). They ask you to pay back what your balance is . The CEO Michael and the President Adam told me that I got a loan with very low interest around 4% few years ago. Now the current commercial loan interest goes up a lot. It means they are losing money! I told them you got loan with very low interest as well at that moment. I suggest you have them to put on the term on the paper like my situation to protect yourself. They want your every penny from client to benefit themselves. They are not reasonable bank to deal...

I've had both good and bad experiences. The Branch in Cary as well as their "fraud dept" are utterly incompetent. I do not have other credit cards currently and only use my debit card. Once again, I got paid on Friday and the incompetent Fraud or Branch employee flagged my payment to my Internet provider as possible fraud and turned off my use of my card. No text or email was received. Unable to do anything ALL weekend to resolve it. Was left embarrassed and more without $ for gas,groceries, Christmas shopping. ZERO call or response from Steven the Regional or Joshua at Raleigh Branch all day on Monday. Another team member released my card for use. I've literally paid this Internet provider for 3 years from the exact same account & card. Corey would have called me, if still there.

My family has banked w FB for over 30 years. Sadly, they appear to be going in the wrong direction now. Too many errors without correction clearly. Make complaints to the NC Banking Commission to bring...

Excellent service and great employees. It's definitely one of the best banks I have had the opportunity to bank with. Facility is also very nice and clean and they also provide little snacks like soda, water etc. I've never felt more comfortable at any other bank the way I have felt here.
