Loved this place at first but had a horrible experience lately. I brought my ring in to get fixed after only having it for a few months from this same store. They took the ring and told me they would call me back to let me know how much it would be to fix it and I let them know to not fix it until I had a price. When they called they said $90 and once I said no they tried to bring it down to $80, then $60 and then $45 but at this point it kept seeming like a scam so I told them to forget it and I would just come and pick it up, I don’t want it fixed. I haven’t had time to pick it up but I came back 2 weeks later and they are telling me that they fixed it without my consent even though on the bag they wrote “customer does not approve”. And charged me $35, they said they had to send it back to break it again before I could pick it up. They had 2 weeks to do this and yet it was just laying there, why do I have to pay for something I didn’t want, and then have to wait for them to break it again ? This has just been the most ridiculous experience I’ve went through. Do not recommend speaking to the boss/manager of this place because he just wants to scam you. update The boss/manager called my husband and basically bribed us saying he will us our money back if we take down our reviews. This...
Read moreMy husband wanted 2 watches from this store yesterday. The Jeweler told us that the diamonds were real and that the watches were worth $100 a piece. He worked out a deal and we bought them. When we got home that night we looked up how much the watches were worth. They were worth $25-35 a piece with only diamond shavings. We went back today and showed them the watches were fake. Because they have a "No Refund" policy they were hard to work with. I understand the policy but also feel that if you state that a piece of jewelry is real, it should be real. One watch didn't work but they put a battery in and it started working. My husband asked the salesman to prove the diamonds were real. He used the diamond indicator which didn't work on the watch. Fake!!! I was disappointed because I spent money there 2 days before and never thought that they were going to get over on me and my husband. I pulled up the website in the store to show the salesman the $24.99 watches. He offered a refund for one watch and we had to settle with the other watch. When I receive the earrings back that I purchased for my husband, I will not return to this jeweler. If it's fake, at least state...
Read moreI went to many jewelry stores looking for the perfect ring. My engagement ring. This ring is supposed to be my forever ring. Exquisite and flawless. However, after purchasing my ring and only having it for literally three months two diamonds fell out and one baguette. I took it back to regent jewelers to have it fixed, trade it in or return it. I was told that I am unable to return it nor trade it in and that if I wanted to have the diamonds replaced that I would have to pay for the replacement of the three diamonds. I will never purchase anything else from regent jewelers. I am beyond devastated and I wish that I would have never purchased my engagement ring from regent jewelers. Your diamonds will fall out and you will be stuck paying to replace them. Not only that because I wrote this review and told the truth. I received these text messages from the owner (please see pictures) and my silver moissanite ring came from your jewelry store and is only damaged as the "owner states" because I bought from regent jewelers and stones fall out of...
