Cinnabon — Restaurant in Raleigh

12/30/22: I'm not a big Cinnabon fan because I don't like their icing, but my boo loves them. So, I stopped by the mall to get him one. They are located right outside the food court.

Because he couldn't be the only one with a treat today, I decided to as for a regular sized Cinnabon with icing and 1 without icing. The cashier acted confused and said there are no buns without icing. ???????? I saw some on top of the oven just sitting out & she told me it was only dough!!?! The pan was baked though, so then she confused me.

I asked how long for a bun that was baked & she guessed 30 minutes. It doesn't take 30 mins to bake cinnamon buns. Then I asked for the contact info for management or the GM. She rudely told me to Google it. I asked for my receipt & left with the iced bun. It should not be this difficult to get what I ordered. I will NEVER come to this location again. The incompetence and poor attitude of your staff is unbelievable.

Then to top it off, I get to my boo's house & she gave me a mini bun that looked bitten off of. If it wasn't bitten off of, it was a good portion chopped off the side. Again, I'm never going back to...

I moved here from Southern California in March and was so happy to find Cinnabon! I grew up eating them, especially around the holidays. I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and...

Was 2nd in line and waited about 10 minutes to place a order. The employee (an older lady) came out with a fresh tray of the classic Cinnabon and started boxing them up and bagging them and gave out every one to waiting customers. The girl running the counter then came and told us it would be 40 minutes before anymore would be ready. The saw us in line and could have told us sooner. I've never seen a Cinnabon without rolls being ready. Pretty disappointed and disrespectful making us...
