Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Raleigh

I love/d Chick-fil-A. Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping with my family, it came time for lunch so I decided to go to Chick-fil-A. The manager was nice, the employees were nice, very welcoming environment. I got my order maybe 5 minutes after placing it. I ordered a grilled chicken club no tomatoes with a sunjoy. I also tried the honey bbq sauce! I finish my sandwich and all of a sudden I get super dizzy. Worse than you could imagine. The whole mall was spinning, I was getting hot, and I could not move. I didn’t know what was going on and my grandma was trying to calm me down. Not wanting to make a scene, I put my head down to try and recover. We sat there for 30 minutes because I could not get up without needing to throw up. As I finally get enough strength to get up, 30 minutes later, still behind dizzy, I’m leaning on my grandma as a clutch. I was really sick, stumbling and all, I tried to stare at the floor in order to ease the dizziness. I luckily made it to a bathroom and was essentially projectile vomiting. It was bad. We came to the conclusion maybe my sandwich was bad? Maybe it was the sauce? Maybe it was sitting out too long?! I’m not too sure. But I got sick immediately after eating the sandwich. This has left me feeling like maybe I don’t want to eat out for a while so I won’t ever feel what I felt...

A charming cashier took my order of a large fry and two cookies I paid for it and what I received was a large fry which was kind of stale but they were hot. So many people at this mall I decided to keep moving but I realized I didn't have my cookies so I went back to grab my cookies and a manager named Kayla ask to see my receipt before she gave them to me and she said it says that you only have a large fry. I said I was supposed to have cookies I said talk to that cashier right there. She said but I'm reading the receipt so another manager told her to stop arguing with me and give me the cookies okay not only did that happen Kayla kept my receipt so I can't file a complaint with Chick-fil-A customer service cuz I don't have the receipt so I'll just let you all know there are way better Chick-fil-A to go to in Durham other places other than the one that triangle Town center their fries are not up to standard they don't have salt on. It's probably best to not visit a chick fila in the mall as their customer service can fall...

Someone mentioned this in a previous review and it was our same exact experience today unfortunately. This location should be permanently closed. They are serving uncooked food. UNCOOKED. My daughter found a fully frozen fry in her container. The cookie we ordered was also undercooked. If you open the package it would fall apart. My daughter brought it back to the counter and was informed " all the cookies are the same and under the heater" There was no effort made to rectify this issue. Poor service and a poor reflection of management and the company. We will see what corporate thinks. We have already filed a complaint. Close this location and maybe these kids can find another job in the mall. Hopefully not serving...
