I want to start by saying that I am a regular customer here since 2012 when I was younger and visited the mall with my parents. Recently, there was a change in ownership around early 2022 (the old owner now runs the new Cinnabon outside the food court where the Starbucks once stood). After the new owners took over, they changed all of the staff, which was disappointing to me since the old staff were much friendlier and gave me very good portions. The new staff seemed irritated after I asked for more food as they piled it to make it seem as there was a lot more than there actually was. I've also noticed that the size of the food box has been slowly decreasing over the years while the price of the food increased (likely due to inflation), but what made me rank only 2 stars on this particular visit is that the server made annoyed faces and wasn't friendly when I asked if there were any fresh noodles and for a slightly larger portion.
January 2025 update: I’ve continued becoming a regular here every time I stop to shop at the mall. The staff slowly got used to seeing me, but this one visit may make me reconsider coming back in the future. The food is still decent, though the quality has gone down a bit, but this isn’t the problem. The staff has suddenly become much more stingy and unfriendly. I ordered lo mein with bang bang Thai chicken and veggies, but when I told them I wanted veggies, the server started removing some of the chicken already in my box. When I called her out, she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted veggies she needed to take out some chicken. This is beyond ridiculous as 2-3 pieces of chicken isn’t harming anyone, not to mention the potential cross contamination of food items. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will no longer be coming back so often. This shop has much less lost a regular loyal customer...

This place is an affordable option for family. For $10 a person you can split a large plate with 2 choices of meats or sides. The lo mein noodles, teriyaki chicken and green beans are delicious. My daughter always enjoys the fried rice. The pork eggrolls are a must try. Try adding the Chili Oil to your noodles....
