If I could give this place no stars i would. Today I was shopping when I notice the ninja Dual brew was on sale somewhere else. As i was walking to customer service to see if they price match an older gentlemen approached me to ask if i needed help, i told him i was wondering if they priced match, he explained to me that they can only price match if the item was available in the other store and ready for store pick up (which it was) he then proceeds to speak with a manager name âtiffanyâ who explained to me the item needed to be advertised in a circular to be price matched (which i wasnât comprehending) i asked her to elaborate and she was disgustingly rude with her response, demanding she couldnât change the policy, i explained to her that i wasnât asking for a policy change i was asking her to elaborated on what she needed for the item to be price matched. She was extremely rude, the gentlemen who was at the beginning of this chimed in and was extremely rude and asked me to go buy it else where. Very unprofessional place. As a hispanic customer who shops there all the time and who is also a card holder, i felt the staff treated me disrespectfully, and were RACIST towards me. I am disgusted by this place. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE, not to mention this has happened to me here several times and iâve continued to shop....
   Read moreItâs a Kohls. They have Kohls selections. It is a larger store. But they excel in their service! I had to pick up an online order the other day, and it took me all of about ten seconds. I picked up a ship to store order today and had more trouble since I hadnât received an email or text, I only knew it was ready because of the order status on the app. But the gentleman at the service desk, (after thoroughly cleaning the desk!) was able to find it with my phone number. And I was again out of there right away. I did stay to look around of course and at check out asked about the Kohls cash Iâd receive on my pick up order, since customer service did not give it to me. The young man wasnât sure, but asked someone else and got me an answer. I had bought a Hallmark ornament because I thought it was 50% off, but when I got in the car and looked at the receipt, there was no discount. I went back in to look at the tag again and see if it was my own mistake. I wasnât sure, so was on my way to customer service but saw a young man on the way who scanned the ornament and clarified. Iâve done amazon returns here that are always quick and easy, as they should be. I feel this place is clean and I always enjoy walking around and picking up random items along the way.    Read more05/03/2022 I was at Kohls Ramsey NJ around 4pm for Amazon Return. Noreen was on the return and online pick up counter. I was 4th in the line. All 4 of us, arrived almost the same time. The first customer was apparently her friend or somebody she knows. She spent 4 mins returning 1 pc of merchandise. Because most of it was chatting about a newborn grandchild. I was timing because I had an appointment to go to. Then it was my turn, it took 5 mins for her to return my 4 merchandise and she had an attitude about it. After she did the 4th return, she said with an attitude, âis that all?â, when itâs obvious my box was empty. She saw the sale tag in one of the bags and she took it and slammed it on the counter. Then at the end, she printed my confirmation receipt and folded it lengthwise and slapped it on my hand. So, Noreen is okay using her work hours to chat but it isnt okay to use the work hours to actually work. I know she is old. You can tell from her wrinkles. Im glad she still working. But if she is old and grumpy, maybe she shouldnât. If work is for the purpose of socialization then she shouldnât be in Kohlâs. She should avail of the Senior services in the city...
