Alexander Jewelers , JACK from your store literally without any morals and ethics Purchased the diamond ring from private seller with whom I am supposed to buy...how he did? here the story ..

I called the Rancho Cucamonga store and asked do you do diamond ring verification like quality, clarity etc., he said yes the price is $95/- I said okay, then I have given your store address to private seller who is selling diamond ring to me, I and the private diamond seller are supposed to meet JACK at the store , the private seller arrived little bit early to your store, she started talking to JACK and explained the situation , like she is selling the diamond ring to me (Paul) for $2000/- , JACK looked at ring and motivated the private seller like I will pay you more, then bought the ring for $2800/- from private seller, the diamond ring which I supposed to buy for $2000/-.

When I called him and asked him like why you did like this JACK you ditched me (Paul), he said I am a business man I will do business in my way, don’t teach me how I have to do my business.

Then JACK is telling if you want I will sell it for you $3800/- which is $1800/- more than what I supposed to pay for the ring, JACK want’s make $1000/- profit for one day, I (Paul) told him I will pay just $2100/- it includes appraisal and diamond verification fees, he said NO, still I am interested that diamond ring if he sells it for $2100/- , JACK has to take the loss why should I (Paul), JACK did mistake and let him face it.

I told JACK you should have some morals and ethics when you do business and customers should be happy, then JACK said my profit is important for me, I am not running charity here in the store.

Is JACK is going to sell the used diamond ring to the customer as new ring or used ring?

I am going to publish this story in the reviews, I do not want any other customers out there should not suffer like me, it is lot of pain, I will tell never do any referrals or appraisals at your store.

Our overall experience with all the staff was great, but the Zig-Man made our experience one never to forget while purchasing an engagement ring for my Ree! Allowed us time to view their selection with no pressure, and came over occasionally to make sure we were ok. Once she decided on what she would be happy with and the wheels begin to roll, he didn't rush us through the process, but instead guided us through it all leaving us both with nothing but smiles on our faces! My son was even smiling, lol. Thank God for the insurance we purchased, because we had to file a claim and once it was approved Ziggy was right there to assist with the same professionalism and courtesy that he showed from the start. Paperwork, sizing, cleaning was phenomenal! Let me not forget to mention my experience when I went back to purchase my band. They had no issues with adding the comfort fit to an already custom ring and it did not increase the price by much at all... Ziggy you're the Man, Bro! And to the jeweler and the other very polite gentlemen there that day (7/22/21) who assisted with showing us several center stone's to choose from, we thank you ALL for making our visit/experience a pleasant one! Amazing service! I haven't actually bought jewelry from this location, but I've had a couple of different services done. I had a stone continously coming out of my wife's engagement ring, and they took a look and let me know there was some damage in the setting. They fixed it and replaced the missing diamond quickly and efficiently. Considering I had taken this ring to get a new diamond put back in twice at the place I purchased it, I was very happy with their attention to detail/ability to resolve the problem. I'm happy to report that going on 8 months with no more continuous issues.

I've also had them do several appraisals to help ensure my jewelry is protected by insurance, and they've been very professional and quick. In fact, I lost the original paperwork for one of the appraisals and just offered to mail it to my original address in a 3-4 minute conversation after confirming personal details, etc.

These are great guys, I've had nothing but positive...
