I use to love coming here for new releases and my rings and after todays experience I won’t be returning . It’s the fact CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE ! Workers are so unprofessional even in front of customers . I went today to go get a new ring that I was so excited to get and I enter they are busy so I was understanding and I went looking around the store and one of the workers were done and the Asian lady with glasses went to go help someone else that came way after I went in . And I’m STANDING there and nothing . At that point I was being ignored , so the Asian lady is helping the customer and she sees me their standing and in a rude tone asks me if I needed something and gives me a sassy head nod and I said I’ll wait for someone else to help me and she rolled her eyes and she goes and talks to her co worker that is next to her . The other co worker was African American tall she’s with a customer and she’s tell the Asian lady how the customer is taking forever and she can’t decide she needs to hurry up and the customer is in front of her!!!!! Like what?! I WAS SO SURPRISED THAT WAS HAPPENING! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! And then before the African American worker goes out of her way and helps a family who just enter she makes eye contact with me and doesn’t offer to help me and leave to the family . I was standing there for a good 15-20 minutes and NO HELP! I was being ignored and profiled ! So the last worker saw I was waiting since I walked to the counter and asked if I needed help I let her know I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes and I’ve been ignored and no one has offered to help they have offered who came wayyyy after me and she said how can I help you today and etc I’m like you know what no I’ll be leaving having me over here waiting for a while now and your workers ignoring me and helping other ppl . PANDORA YOUR WORKERS NEED TRAINING FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE LOOKS DOESNT SEEM LIKE ITS THE FIRST TIME , IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB THEY CAN LEAVE . SO MUCH PERSONAL CONVERSATION , TAKE THAT OUTSIDE !CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1 AND TODAY YOU FAILED! DO BETTER ! FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS DOESNT MATTER HOW THEY LOOK EVERYONE I MEAN EVERYONE SHOULD BE GETTING THE SAME...
Read moreSo I came here to return an item I purchased online from one of this store's affiliates, since it was listed as one option on the return packing slip. After waiting 12 minutes in line for a non paying customer to discuss her Christmas shopping plans with two of the four people working in the store, I was served. I stated the purpose of my business and before even looking at my receipt, the tall, very loud, female manager stated "We can't return online purchases here.". I thought hmm... I know that I read well and I know what the return receipt in the original packaging I was holding said. I proceeded to share my receipt with the manager who had now squarely made it her business to clearly not help me, when she said "Oh yes, you are able to return items here... I thought blah blah blah blah blah.."(insert Charlie Brown nonsensical backpedaling here): Said manager walked away, turning her back to me. Then I opened the box of the item I was intending to return and the original sales girl helping me quizically stared at the item as if she had never seen real diamonds before. Said manager then looked over and before I could blink twice, she was again standing in my face and loudly saying "Oh we can't return real diamonds here because we don't sell real diamonds. You have to go..." (again, insert nonsensical backpedaling here). I left the store in utter disbelief of my experience in this store and I have vowed to never return or buy anything from this store or company again. Their customer service was indeed a Pandora'a Box experience for me...both bizarre and unprofessional. More like customer...no service! And that manager needs a good professional development series on serving customers from diverse backgrounds because she was laughing and all aglow discussing Christmas shopping plans with the previous customer who purchased nothing, but shared Said...
Read moreFirst and foremost … Google you must give the reviewer the option to give stars where there is merit and where they are deserve. Given the option I wouldn’t give one star. Regardless of the day and of course all things considered, retail is just one of those positions in the workforce that go un rewarded, but nonetheless it comes with plenty of perks. That said if your hours state specific time then you’re expected to maintain your doors open between the duration of those times if not you need to stipulate that on a specific day in which you feel you are going to bend the rules set forth by the brand , not the shift manager or the store manager is believe to have the discretion to change the store hours at any given moment. I arrived to the front of the door at 6:25 pm, and was told that the store was closed when their hours posted was 7 pm, now regardless of what your customer flow may be like , you cannot choose to close your doors before your specified time. If nobody is aware the door reads that your “doors are to remain open during normal business hours” but it appears that somebody did not get that memo. I had two gifts that were place online and were only to be picked up and I wasn’t allowed to do so. To the employees of the store if you are not cut out to work in customer service then maybe you shouldn’t be in retail because those are just things that are required in that type of work. I left disappointed after having been a long...
