This is my favorite Hat shop on the west coast and it’s not even close. Family-Owned, excellent & personable service, and premium hats affordably priced of all styles…what else do you need? For me, nothing else.

I go to Route 66 every time I’m in Southern California and it’s my treat to myself every visit. The brand variety is 🔥 & consistent. I travel the world with these hats and have yet to see another hat like mine. With my dreads, its always hard to get a hat that fits without cannibalizing my hair but the options here are perfect and complementary to my style without compromise.

Make sure you like what you buy or don’t buy it as a gift either because if the material gives you a rash from just trying on the flannel and you try to return it you CAN’T! There is no sign that says there is exchange only, nor is it on the receipt. The very rude owner said “a kid knocked it down”, and he has to order a new one? Then type one out in the meantime or put it in the receipt!! But you don’t because you don’t have any intention to return any items, so you’re just being dishonest!
