I came in today to grab some groceries to make soup and went to the butcher to ask for meat, I asked him if he had beef brisket and just nodded and with his finger said no and walked away. I wasn't done ordering, I felt like I was being pushed away. I already had my cart full of groceries, so I just ended up purchasing the rest of my items in my cart. Also, when I went looking for basil, there were a few packs with fuzzy mold, and they had the same packed date of the day I went in (3/10/25). So just be sure to look very carefully at ur produce before buying. I'm not sure if the dates are being changed to keep packed produce on the shelf longer. I found everything I needed and its very convenient for me because I live a mile and half to the store .with the exception at meat section . a tall big guy whose taking orders there is rude .. i was telling him my order 1 lb of this and half lbs of this .he was in a bad mood and was giving me a face with attitude, . Like irritated , I was the only one there and there was no line to begin with . I noticed right away and asked why are you irritated? He reply and said I dont know what you’re talking about and turned his back on me . What kind of customer service is that ?    Read moreI am a regular shopper at Metro Supermarket. Last month, I shopped for mangos which were $13.99 each. So I bought two boxes. I cut them open after 12 days of purchasing them when they were starting to ripe. I found out that they were all rotten (as you can see in the images below). When I called to explain to the associate about the mango situation. She told me she will speak to the manager and also had me send an email regarding the issue. She said she would reply to the email and never did until I called again the following week. Then she refused to refund it because it was over the 7 days return period.
