As A Signature Chick Fila Member
The Rancho Cucamonga Employee Turnover Rate continues to be just Embarrassing.
Horrible Customer Service & Horrible Food Quality. 🤮
Chick Fila Corporate took over and it's still 🗑️

Quality & Service at one point was very high at this location, but with a high turnover rate and countless errors on some of mine and my wife's past orders I can honestly say it's really affecting the Chick Fila Brand at this location. I understand mistakes happen but that doesn't give you the right to call the customer on his direct phone and harass him.
This morning the owner and operator Corey Braun personally called me with his agressive tone to harass and bully me. He stated to me that since they can't seem to get my order right and I'm costing him money by remaking and correcting my orders I need to look into eating at other Chick Fila restaurants and take my business elsewhere.
*If he only knew the family emergency I was dealing with at the time concerning my diabetic son.
*What a way to start off the New Year. Horrible customer relations.
*As a Chick Fila Signature Member and someone that has been to various locations across the country I can say with high regard this location went from hero to zero in a instant based off the recent unprofessional phone call.
I would highly recommend chick fila to send this owner/operator to Anger...

He decided that he was gonna grab a bag and call out someone elses order and when I said I guess it's not ready and he said no. I sat and waited and almost 10 minutes later I heard the name I was picking up for but as soon as I stood up the order was put on the shelf and the Employee walked away. I don't understand why they are so rude there
I do door dash so I get a lot of orders from here so when I come in smiling and stand at the counter waiting for assistance just to be ignored is really discouraging. I’ve had employees make eye contact and smile at me just to help the person behind me and not ask me anything. I’ve seen employees help other door dashers and not even ask to see their phones but everytime I finally get assistance they insist on looking at my phone for the name even tho I’ve said it twice. I had an employee call out my order and when I raised my hand and said here the employee looked at me and put the order on the rack behind the counter and walked away. Last night I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and made eye contact with a few employees only to have an employee come up and ask the man behind me who just came in what the name was for his order. It sucks that a place that is wildly popular can have...
Read moreThere is no denying the popularity of Chick-fil-A . . . the food is delicious. But the quality of service leaves much to be desired at the R. Cucamonga location. For example, the ridiculous line. Actually, it's more like an obstacle course. I really need to make sure my schedule is clear, before attempting to come to this location. Second, they nickle-and-dime you for the lemonade. 🤯 Your drink should be included with your combo meal. Well, it's not at Chick-fil-A. If you order a lemonade, be prepared to pay an extra fee. I've never heard of any other fast food restaurant that does this with their lemonade. Third, the employees do not understand that patrons do not want the exposed edible part of their ice cream cone touched with bare hands and fingers, that's what the paper sleeve on the ice cream cone is for. I've caught employees doing this so often, I don't like to order the ice cream cone anymore. Who wants hands and fingers on the food they're about to put in their mouth? I also feel like Chick-fil-A use to be more generous with giving patrons food vouchers for little disappointments like that, well not anymore. You'll get a "sorry about that" at best. There's definitely room for improving the...
