I had a great experience at the Ben Bridge Jeweler at the Tyler Galleria. Roy’Alle and the team at this location (including Wany and Dee) provided me incredible support and service...highly professional and with a very customer friendly focus.
In short - I had been searching for a Rolex Stainless Steel Sport model for many months. I went to multiple AD’s and had no success in finding one - all were out of stock for these Rolex sport models. Granted I know these are highly constrained and in fact I had resigned to the fact that it may be impossible to get one for maybe 1 - 2 years. However, to my pleasant surprise, I got a call from Roy’Alle that they had just got one in stock and it was mine for the purchase if I wanted it.
Of course I quickly jumped on it and purchased the watch. When I went in to pick it up was when I was able to experience their top tier and high quality of service and attention to me as a valued customer. After sizing the watch there were some issues getting the links loose to remove two of them. Being a Rolex, these link screws don’t just unscrew...they require a special machine to loosen them. After a few tries w/o any success they recommended that they send it to one of their locations with an experienced watch maker and that I come back in a few days to pick it up once the bracelet is properly adjusted. This wasn’t ideal since it was some distance for me to get there, but taking the watch with the two links still on the bracelet would surely result in me trying to do this myself at home, which would most likely not have a good outcome for the watch.
I think they could sense, that although I understood this, I was a bit bummed. So they each took another try and finally, Wany was able to get it and I was able to leave with my new watch that same day. They didn’t have to go to the extra effort, but they really wanted to help and see me leave with the watch that day...and this was very appreciated on my end.
I would highly recommend This Ben Bridges store. These guys are awesome!!! I didn’t even have to buy a bunch of stuff to get some Rolex priority, which is often the case at many AD’s...this was my first purchase here and it was a Rolex sport model. Certainly, I’ll be a loyal customer...

Me and my fiancé came here to find our ring. We were particularly interested in this jeweler because of their bridal deal of 12 months interest free payments. As we arrived we were greeted by Karla Rivas. I had looked on their website before coming in so that I had an idea of what I wanted, because they have a huge variety! I found a picture online of a ring with leaf-like designs, and I showed Karla the picture. Although they did not have the exact ring I showed, she brought two rings with a very similar, and almost more elegant leaf-like design along the sides. She showed me one option, which was cheaper, and was exactly what I was looking for. She also showed me a more expensive ring, that came with a wedding band as it is difficult to find a wedding band to go with a leaf designed ring. But because me and my fiancé are not planning on getting married for a few more years and we’re on a budget, we stuck with the cheaper ring. What I loved about Karla is she did not push the more expensive ring to us. She simply showed us the pros and cons, and when we made our decision she respected it. She gave me her cell number so that we could be in contact through the whole process. My mother gave me a diamond to use as the center piece, which was 3/4 karat, but the ring we chose was made for a 1/2 karat. Karla walked us through all our options to customize the ring. Again, she explained to us a cheaper option, and a more expensive, more custom option. Due to the fact that I did not really want to change anything about the ring, we went with the cheaper option which was to simply get larger prongs. Karla explained everything step by step, and made sure our payment was low enough for us.
Long story short, this store was absolutely magnificent and I got the ring of my dreams at a price me and my fiancé could afford. I cannot thank Karla Rivas enough, and I highly recommend calling in and asking to...

I have always been super happy with Ben Bridge. But on this occasion I was super disappointed with KSENIA'S customer service. Wow, was it absolutely horrible!!! I took two of my rings in for repair. One under warranty work, the other was not. Took approximately 15 days for ONE of my rings to be done. Ksenia called me and informed me that one was done and the other one will be in soon. I waited several more days for the second ring. I decided to call myself only to find out that the day my one ring was in is the day that Ksenia actually gave the authorization to have my other ring repaired!!!!!!!! She never informed me about any of this and never took any accountability!!!! Ksenia was absolutely rude, and disgusting!! Ksenia was never truthful about it. I only found out the truth from another associate that looked into my situation. Ksenia is definitely NOT an asset to The Ben Bridge company and I would strongly suggest Ben Bridge to either retrain Ksenia or get rid of Ksenia altogether!!!! I asked to speak to a manager. Wany took care of Ksenia's neglect and made things right and compensated me with a price adjustment along with having my ring ready for pickup that evening. My suggestion to ANYONE who goes to this Ben Bridge in Rancho Cucamonga to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH KSENIA. If you want professional service and things done right, go see Wany!!! He will get the job done and was a complete professional! Thank you Wany for making things right. AND ONCE AGAIN.... DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS TO KSENIA!!!!! You've been informed.
