Honest review. Everything was on point. They immediately asked about dietary restrictions, which shows a nice level of professionalism. We had a funny Gaucho today as well that kept flipping my son's marker to green after he was full. 😂 The meat was perfect. Well not gonna write this place off just yet. I know they just opened. We did speak to our waiter and let him know our thoughts. Maybe 2 out of all the meats they brought out head good flavor other than that not to impressed. Salad bar had a lot of good options but also not impressed with flavor. I did try the lentil soup and that was pretty good. I think the entire staff was really attentive and checking in on everyone.

I would like to come back maybe in a month or two and see how they improve...
