I like MOR Furniture and have enjoyed my 2018 purchase of dining room table and bed for my daughter. I do not like, however, where they extend their line (TD Bank) of credit and I had to post to help get the word out to prevent future customers from also being taken advantage of, stolen from, lied to and potentially have their credit score affected. We made our purchase in the Spring â18. Sales rep gave us 0% financing for six months and paid all but $1200 of the bill and set up through BOA six payments of $1200 to TD Bank, starting in April â18 to September â18. All payments were completed and after getting the 6 monthly account statements from MOR/TD Bank, I did not receive any correspondence from either company following the processing of the final payment. Fast forward to July 2, 2019. An awful human being from âAdmin Recovery,â called me delinquent and said that I do not pay my bills, asked for my social security number and demanded that I pay him $350 after âmultiple attemptsâ have been made to collect. I have never not paid a bill and knew it was a mistake and/or scam. This person was VERY RUDE, very insulting, very loud and would not give me any information â just demanded money that I allegedly owed â but then did mention MOR Furniture. I then called MOR, had them look up my informationâŚand they transferred me to Admin Recovery. I called MOR again, transferred to TD Bank and was about to be transferred to Admin Recovery when I asked to speak to the agentâs supervisor. I was transferred over and we looked into the and discovered that my final payment arrived late. They sent one final bill in October (allegedly) and had it returned to them with the verbiage âmoved, return to sender on it,â which they notated on my account and never sent another statement. Never calledâŚnever emailedâŚnever textedâŚall of which they have as they collected. I have not moved and have lived in the same location for half a decade. All the while, they were charging interest and late fees until it got to $356.54 and they sent it to collections. Realizing the egregious error by the bank, they said I would be placed in a managerâs queue and contacted on July 4. That call never happened. Called again a week laterâŚsame thing, attempt to transfer to Admin Recovery blah, blah, blah âwe see the problem and will place you in a manager queue. Please give it a week or two before we contact you.â Same thing, no call, just lies. I called again and was told I was left a voicemail on July 25. This never occurred. Just more lies. I confirmed the number they had on the account was correct. I was once again put in the managerâs queue and told to expect a call in the next 1-2 weeks. Once againâŚno call and we are in August now. Finally, I got it transferred back to TD Bank and paid the balance. No offer to refund the late fees or finance on the original small balance. This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. I feel completely violated and robbed of over $300. I am going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing reviews for all three companies involved in this scam â MOR Furniture, TD Bank and Admin Recovery. My advice to anyone reading this, avoid MOR Furniture at all costsâŚif you do happen to make a purchase there, do not FINANCE a dime, or this could...

Date: July 17, 2025
Dear Executive Leadership and Store Management,
It is with great appreciation and deep respect that my spouse and I write this letter of commendation for Mr. Nathan Reygadas, a distinguished sales consultant at your Rancho Cucamonga showroom. Our experience with Mr. Reygadas was nothing short of exceptional and truly deserving of the highest recognition your company can offer.
We first had the pleasure of connecting with Mr. Reygadas over the phone after contacting MOR Furnitureâs Customer Service department. From the very first interaction, he demonstrated the kind of professionalism, warmth, and knowledge that immediately made us feel valued and understood. His articulate communication, patient guidance, and thorough knowledge of your inventory gave us the confidence to visit the showroom specifically to work with him.
In an extraordinary act of dedication, Mr. Reygadas came into the showroom on one of his scheduled days off just to accommodate our availability. This alone speaks volumes about his character, his commitment to customer satisfaction, and his willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
While working with us in person, Mr. Reygadas was thoughtful, detailed, and incredibly attentive to our design preferences and logistical needs. He helped us choose furniture that we are absolutely thrilled withâselections we would not have made without his guidance and expertise.
Moreover, his service did not stop after the sale. Mr. Reygadas has continued to stay in touch with us, providing updates on delivery timelines, verifying the availability of each item, and even helping to coordinate the donation pickup of our old furniture. This level of ongoing customer service is exceedingly rare and deeply appreciated.
Mr. Reygadas exemplifies leadership, initiative, and customer-centric excellence. He is not just a sales associateâhe is a brand ambassador for MOR Furniture. He represents the very best of what customer service should look like in todayâs marketplace. If there is a management training or leadership development program available within your organization, we wholeheartedly recommend him for immediate consideration.
We firmly believe that Mr. Reygadas is one of MOR Furnitureâs most valuable frontline assets. As the first voice and face that customers may encounter, he sets the tone for the entire experienceâand he does so with remarkable professionalism, grace, and effectiveness.
In summary, we will enthusiastically recommend MOR Furniture and specifically Mr. Nathan Reygadas to all of our friends, family, and colleagues. If you are shopping in the Rancho Cucamonga area, do yourself a favor and ask for Mr. Reygadasâyou will be in excellent hands.
With sincere gratitude and highest regards, Dr....

RE: Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Nathan Reygadas â MOR Furniture, Rancho Cucamonga
FROM: Dr. Williams
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Nathan Reygadas at the MOR Furniture showroom in Rancho Cucamonga, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
From the moment we spoke, Mr. Reygadas showed a level of kindness, patience, and professionalism that is truly rare in todayâs retail sales environment. Unlike many salespeople who are quick to push a sale for the sake of commission, Mr. Reygadas demonstrated genuine concern for my needs, comfort, and satisfaction. He took his time to walk me through several options, offered helpful and creative suggestions, and even helped with furniture measurements to ensure I would be happy with my selections.
What impressed me most was his honesty and calm approachâat no point did I feel pressured or rushed. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time, and kindly let me know that he would be available if I returned with questions. That level of respect and understanding made my entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Mr. Reygadas represents everything a customer hopes for in a sales associate: integrity, knowledge, warmth, and patience. He went above and beyond, and itâs individuals like him who make MOR Furniture a trusted brand and a pleasant place to shop.
I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase furniture in the Rancho Cucamonga area ask for Mr. Nathan Reygadas by name. You will be in excellent hands and, like me, youâll leave feeling confident and satisfied with your experience.
Thank you again, Nathan, for your outstanding...
